I was repeatedly told that it was "pink," despite my concerns that it did not resemble the color I came in for. I made a phone call because I genuinely wanted a second opinion to make sure I wasn't imagining the difference. We all have places to be, right?? Especially when you're booking with someone because you specifically want THAT person. Nails at Southshore is definitely on the smaller side. There aren't a ton of pedicure chairs, I'd say six total and there's not really a waiting area besides literally two folding chairs lol, so that's one thing I think they could improve. BUT, they do seem pretty efficient at getting people in and out. Also, this next part is absolutely NOT their fault but South Shore management really said, "You know what would be perfect right outside a nail salon? A children's playground." So either come with AirPods or be prepared to hear kids screaming while you're getting your nails done because Lily's station is literally right at the front door. I was fighting for my life LOL.
