Surface job is nice, Cindy did what I can only assume was the job of someone still learning, or just doesn't care. 35$ for a slightly crooked index finger, pain for about half the sessions, undersides are poking gel Out like what the fuck, I'm not very happy. This was my first time coming here and my last. Upon the pointing out of my friends I found not one nail is crooked but three, which is iconic given I pointed out to Cindy that one of them was and she did nothing to straighten it. I've only been here twice, first time was 16 days ago I got acrylic nails one color and one design on two fingers paid $28 tip included. Second time was today and I took my daughter to get her toes and did a fill on mine nails did two colors and one design on two fingers and paid $30 tips included.. Over all my experience here was great super friendly I did had to wait because both times was walk ins. One thing that I like is that their restroom is clean and also the whole place. Decent place. Came on a Monday around 12pm and it wasn't busy. Regular mani is $10 (+$3 if they need to remove existing gel). The salon itself needs a bit of a makeover. Their nail color selection is verrrryyy minimal. I opted for a nude color and they literally only had 2 shades: 'cappuccino' and 'lite brown' - I opted for lite brown. The nail techs hardly spoke to me & were definitely gossiping amongst themselves the entire time, but whatever. I wasn't in the mood for small talk anyway. A couple of things I wasn't feeling: 1) they didn't use a base coat prior to applying the color. I'm not sure if that's how this salon does things, but every other salon I've been to applied a base coat. 2) after the top coat was applied, she turned on the fan to dry my nails and literally just left me there. Like...am I supposed to check on the nails myself...? 3) she clearly wasn't coming back for me so I spoke up after about 5-6min and said I think I'm ready. I went to grab my wallet and pull out my cash...what I DID NOT like at all was that she was "helping" me open my wallet. Since my wallet has a flap, she decided to pull the flap all the way back for me. I guess she wanted to make it seem like she was preventing my nails from getting ruined, but instead I got the impression that she wanted to see how much $$$ I had in my wallet. I put down on the table the amount of the service with 20% tip. A couple of dollars were sticking out of my wallet as I pulled out the cash. While I was tucking them back in, she basically stood there waiting as if that was for her, too. Again, decent place to get a relatively cheap mani. Not sure if I'd come back again, but I really only came here initially cuz I wanted to take off my previous gel mani. Update - after one day, the polish on my index finger already chipped. Again, it's your call if you want to sacrifice quality for low cost. read more

This place has horrible customers service skills! When you get to the gate, someone has to unlock the door for you to come in...that should say alot! Once you're in, the chemical smell is extremely strong, stronger than most nail shops I have been to. I come in with my partner, but the nail tech only starts one pedicure water when it was supposed to be for two. He is getting his feet soaked and I am standing there for several minutes with the nail color, in my hand. None of the nail techs say anything until one walks by to get supplies for her next appointment. Only then is when she tells me that I need to wait a few minutes. I'll never be coming back to this hole in the wall! Btw, parking is just awful too. Spend a few more dollars somewhere else with better service! read more

I usually have to wait a while here because they are ALWAYS BUSY. But it's totally worth the wait. I usually get a full set and a pedicure. The last time I went here I didn't get serviced by my usual nail tech. And I felt rushed. But the pedicures are only $16 and worth it!! read more

My Favorite nailshop! I have been a regular here for years as they've handed the business down through generations of their family. The staff is super friendly, and always wear smiles. They have very nice message pedicure chairs, and do a great job on your mani & pedi. Acrylics are good too, and have sum pretty good nail designs available. you can also tell them different designs to do on your nails, or also bring them in a picture of a design you want & they will get it done! They've also updates, and now offer waxing as well. Sometimes finding parking is a lil difficult but it's worth it. Also they are now open on Sundays! And Prices are affordable! :) read more

Bad bad bad !! They charged me to fix my nails that only lasted me couple of hours . Got my nails done saturday by sunday the gel color was peeling off . Went back Monday to get it fixed since they close Sunday and still got charged smh on something they screw up with . Been going for years and first time dissapointed . And plus linda the owner i believe was talking crap to another customer something so not professional will NEVER go back l, now they do lazy work. read more

I have gone to K & Nancy Nails off and on for over 15 years and Tina is the only one who could do my nails. I decided to go again and I walked in and Tina was not there. They tried to tell me that Tina was on vacation (went back to her homeland.....yeah right). I found out from other customers that Tina is no longer there. They let her go! The new team swarms you when you get there and hovers. They state that they can do everything. I had Gel nails put on and I was back within the week for a repair. They cracked easily! The leader of the bunch thinks she can relate to everyone that comes in and the rest of them has a serious attitude! One lady told a customer to take off the artificial nails herself after the customer didn't like the way they looked. That is not good customer service. If you have a business in a minority community you have to go with the flow and check your attitudes. As the old saying goes: Customers are Always RIGHT!!!! I WANT TINA BACK! read more
