Anytime i am in need of a mani-pedi, i always go to Forever Nails. The service is consistently excellent quality. There is air flowing in through the security gate on the front door to decrease the concentration of nail fumes. The staff are friendly and almost always smiling. They always have the color of polish I am looking for. Sadly, I was not as impressed with the waxing services. My waxer was not very friendly, for starters. But she also ripped the wax off, using only one hand. Without using her non-dominant hand to create tension, this resulted in a very large, unseemly bruise on my upper inner thigh. In addition to being unsightly, it was very painful when she ripped off the wax the first time, when she created the bruise, but even more painful when she went over the area a second time. I will continue to be a faithful patron of their nail services. But I will definitely get my waxing done elsewhere. read more

I needed to get my nails done asap and after checking out the nail salons in the area, I was able to secure an appointment at Forever Nails pretty quickly. They have a small selection of colors on the wall but I didn't see what I was looking for. Once I asked my manicurist, he brought out the rings full of colors and that's where I picked from. So if you don't see the color you want, just ask! I went with a Hand Manicure ($12) and Spa Pedicure ($20). For $32, that's not bad for a mani/pedi. It was done in a timely fashion and I was pretty happy with how it turned out. It also lasted for a while without any cracks or breaks in the polish. If you're looking for a quick but solid job done on nails, I'd recommend giving this place a visit! read more

Self Care Sunday! Me and my girlfriend always try to do something relaxing like this on Sundays and forever nails was great. The interior isn't to fancy and it was a bit crowded but the staff was so friendly and helpful. You get a comfy massage chair to sit in, they seat parties together which is nice. I got the pedicure with the hot stones and it was great. The price is very fair for what you get. I would highly recommend this location for a nice relaxing treatment. Note: This set is from March 2020, before everything shut down. To make a long story short, the acrylic they used was MMA acrylic, which I found out after taking off the set myself at home-- the acrylic had become goopy when soaking and was ***hella*** stubborn to remove. My natural nails took **months** to recover and again, this was my first acrylic set. I loved their work and would absolutely come back if they switch to EMA, but MMA is literally banned by the FDA for nail use-- it's main use is for dentistry!!! read more

This may be a good place to get acrylic fills as that seemed like what most of the other 5 customers were getting done. I went for a gel removal and a pedicure. I would not recommend the place for these services. I was looking for someplace functional, not necessary relaxing or indulgent. Just a quick and low priced way to make my toes appropriate to wear open toed shoes at an event the next day. Also, to remove the chipping gel on my hands so I didn't destroy my nailbeds ripping it off. The price was reasonable - $27 for pedicure and $3 for gel removal. But functionally, it didn't serve. Unfortunately, I will not return. They used an electric drill to sand off the gel on my fingers and calluses on my 2 big toes. This caused as much, if not more damage to my finger nail beds than if I'd just ripped off the gel. Also, the drill really hurt. Where they sanded so tender that it was a little painful to dance at the event the next day. The polish was pretty but they didn't do a top or bottom coat so my big toe chipped within a day. read more

This salon is trash. I went in for a gel mani and pedicure and paid $48 for the worst work I've ever seen. First of all, the place is gross with nasty carpet and dated furniture. There was an old Asian dude that was working on my nails with dirty long nails that kept scratching me. Then he kept messing up and I eventually ran out of time and just said never mind, take off the polish. I walked out with no polish and a shitty pedicure. Never again. After I asked why I had to pay for a manicure that the gross dude couldn't do, I was met with blank stares. Go somewhere better. This place sucks. read more

I had a great experience here. I had an appointment at a different salon down the street but when I got there they said they didn't do ombré (what?) so I said I'd try somewhere else. Forever Nails had room for a walk in and I was quickly taken to a nail station. I don't remember the tech's name but he was the only male tech I saw there - he was fast, gentle, and did a great job! Also, a pet peeve of mine is when I show a tech a picture of what I want and then they ask me to pick my own colors anyway - shouldn't they know better which products will achieve my desired result? I received absolutely disgusting treatment from Mike on Wednesday 6/21. The female staff is always so kind and accommodating, especially with my Mother who has sensitive legs and feet due to medication. They always ask about her when I come in alone. I waited 20 minutes for Sally to show up after being told she was 10 minutes away. She is usually great but had a rough previous day, I was understanding as she stopped to stretch during my fill. Totally fine. I was very clear about wanting to have stronger, cleaner and straighter sidewalls and a better apex on a few nails. My previous fill done by Sally wasn't the best but she is so lovely I let it slide and always tip well. She ignored my requests, sloppily "fixed" random nails as I pointed out what. She proceeded to tell me she wasn't the right person to do my nails, I explained that I just wanted to be happy with the service I would be paying for. She "finished" the fill and I quickly chose one of the colors we had pulled before she started just so I could get out of there. There is a very obvious dip at the tip of my thumb from lack of acrylic and when I pointed it out she walked off and Mike came to paint my nails. I showed him what I was talking about and while painting my nails he began yelling at me about how I need to go somewhere else, how nobody there would do my nails and that I didn't know anything, among other things. (The gag is I know plenty about nails.) I asked him to please get Lena and he told me no because he's been doing nails longer than her. Ridiculous. Lena has always been very sweet, respectful and goes above and beyond for her customers! I was furious and beginning to cry she came to comfort me and Sally rushed back and painted my nails. Seems like they're afraid of him. Once I was finished I spoke with Lena outside and she continued to comfort me and help me calm down because I honestly wanted to and should have cussed him tf out. She offered to fix my nails that day or when Mike wasn't there. Lena pleaded with me to return but I simply can't go back to any place where staff treat customers that way for wanting a good service or where workers would sit around and not speak up. Lena did not charge me and I respect her for that too bad there is nothing that could ever get me to return here. I wouldn't give them 0 stars if it was possible, the 1 star truly is for the rest of the staff and Lena specifically. I will miss them. read more

Fourth time, Like regular now. I usually call before I come by and request for Jenny. I always ask for her because she always she know what I like, but is always willing to try new things. I usually bring my own pictures to show her how I want my nails. She would do her best to make it work despite the little detail difference that it would have. However, my nails still come out looking cute and fab. I usually don't like my nails to go overboard with too much design, but not too basic either. This time around especially for the holidays I know it can get busy so try to request her before rush hour. A lot of people go to her for specific reasons. I really do try to give her a good tip because she is a HARD WORKING WOMEN, A WIFE, AND A MOTHER. She and I only talk about how she's been so busy with work and she gets one day off. I liked that my nail technician advised that I skip the manicure and just get the gel since I apparently don't need the manicure lol. (Which would save me money. He wasn't wrong!) However the salon was getting busy at the same time so it's possible he was just trying to get me out of there so he could get to the next customer, haha. I asked if they take appointments and according to my specific nail technician they don't do appointments due to multiple missed appointments. When my mom saw my nails she asked me if I did them myself. Wow. But I think it had to do with the pale pink that I chose. It was very watery and hard to control compared to thicker more opaque polishes. My nail technician also kept tsk-ing at the polish as he applied extra layers. Either way I still got compliments from other people. I think I would still come back! I usually do my own nails so if I go out to a salon I prefer gel. Good to know that I have the option skip the cuticle pushing/cutting, oil, lotion, massage, and just go in for a gel polish. read more
