We all know there is a shortage of caregivers and the help for our love ones even with finances it's impossible to give what you can so many times we give the bare minimum. My father lives in Houston from Minneapolis where he had quality care and I had no clue what to expect but he had no choice but to live in Houston. Now I have to help out and I had no clue where to call or what to do because I'm not from there but I know his health was declining and his emotional and mental state was going right with it. My aunt can't help anymore with my fathers health she feels he need around the clock care so she called me and told me about a place she saw at an informational called insignia and she just gathered the info so I can call and it's a free consultation. Well I called without reading anything because I was desperate. My goodness I spoke with this amazing woman and she calmed every nerve I had and told me about the difference in the help I'm asking for vs what I needed and assured me they can fit it just for him. I balled my eyes out speaking with her because I feel horrible not being there to help and she gave me my time to vent and listened ... she said she wants the same and I believe them. I just want good quality of life for him. I will say I feel confident by the phone call alone and follow up call that he will be in good hands, and kudos to the team member I spoke to that taught me so much. I thought everything was under one umbrella. I will say to anyone just call and let your mind be at ease because it is hard and if I can say this and I'm out of state and my father is in Houston and he's able in an affordable way have the help he needs. After speaking with the front desk, I was informed of the process. ***This is a good to know if you are planning a 1st time visit. We we're not informed of the procedure when we arrive yesterday and scheduled an appointment. I am helping you out here.*** For the first appointment, expect to wait. It takes longer because it's the initial consultation and they build your profile. For contracts, you have to give a 30 day notice. The service is good and recommend.

I've been to chiropractors throughout my whole life. I went here for the first time today. Went ok,…read morefelt a little rushed and annoyed when they told me they would fill out the rest of my personal paperwork, which I found very odd to do. How my appointment went- I'm now in way more pain than I went in there with, including a migraine which I haven't had one in months. Went there for the sole reason to decompress my back to elevate my sciatica pain. I have numbness, and a shooting electric, fire ant sensation from my back down my leg. Which they did put me in the position to adjust that area. Did there little jump on the hip and push on the shoulder area, but nothing actually got adjusted. So now I'm still have my pain, the whole reason why I went, I now have an intense migraine that I didn't have before. And I'm honestly regretting going to that location. I should have just waited until Monday, and drove to Galveston to see my chiropractor Chad. I walk out sore from his office but I have relief, and I can feel sore but I also feel 100% better than I walk in with. Also- when someone mentions no to your pay packages, take it as a no- drop it, and move on. I do agree with other reviews they push there packages down your throat. Which I said no thanks, 4 times to.
