He did not clean off his boots and brought dirt into the house and is on the runner of my stairs. He did not really care when I mentioned this either. He did not have a ladder ready to bring inside because it was wet and on top of his vehicles so I had to get the ladder for him that I had. He left the floor dirty with insulation that came from the attic and didn't even offer to clean it up....didn't even acknowledge it. He left without saying goodbye...this whole visit was strange and I sent a note to complain. Laurie was very considerate and timely, but I don't think the same for the rest of the company. Her manager Matt does not care for follow up in customer complaints.

We had an estimate from another company earlier that day who told us that they could only spray the nest but weren't allowed to remove it. A mother raccoon and 3 babies made a home under the roof of our front porch. She would regularly…read morecome out and snooze on the roof itself! Killian used "eviction fluid," made from male raccoon secretions, to alarm the mother so she will relocate her kits and herself to an alternative den. They mounted a video camera nearby to monitor activity. Killian said this doesn't always work, and in our case it did not, so Plan B was to use a one-way tunnel over the opening. (The animals come out but sharp steel points around the rim discourage them from going back in.) Sure enough, the next morning, all four raccoons were outside looking for a way down from our roof. Within a couple of hours I watched the mother carry each of the kits into a nearby tall tree. That was the last I saw of them. A few days later Killian returned to cover up the opening and a couple of possible alternative entry points with sheet metal. Excellent service with compassion for the wildlife.
