My backpack remained in my trunk and was never offered or made available to any employee. I noticed my car was taking longer than usual to come through which was unusual. When I finally received my car back, I was handed my SPARE key -- a key stored deep inside my backpack. I did not give this key to anyone. There is no way an employee could have accessed this key without going through my personal belongings without my knowledge or consent. When my husband brought this to the manager's attention, the manager located my original key sitting on the driver tire -- confirming the attendant had it the whole time. When the manager asked his employee directly whether he went into my backpack, the employee denied it. That denial is not credible. The spare key did not remove itself from deep inside my bag. This was a clear violation of my privacy and personal property. I was lied to by staff and the situation was not properly addressed by management.

All the workers just stand on the side of the car wash and do not help you at all, until you wave them down when you get to payment. We ended up getting the magic joe wash which was a whopping $25. On the pricey side, and it was extremely a waste of money and didn't grab all the dust off the car. The wash was also like 20 seconds, most locations are atleast a minute long with fun lights and extra soap, this one was cheap. After getting the car wash, we were finding the spots to vacuum and dry the car down with their cloths. I'd say about 4 of them were here, and it was a massacre. Two of them back to the front entrance of the car wash, one randomly on the side of the food mart, and two in the corner next to the main road. It was awful, cars were waiting in the middle of the gas station, it was extremely inconvenient. We finally got a spot, right by the main road, and there was just trash everywhere, people left their mattress, trash, etc. Not a single soapy joe's employee came to take it out or at least refill new towel cloths and remove the old ones that were piling out. The vacuums didn't even reach across the passenger door and timed out every 2 minutes, I would need to click the button every time to restart, it was inconvenient. Overall, this is a location i'd never come back to, please avoid this at all costs, this was not a friendly location and it was extremely dirty and unorganized.
