Their customer service is always excellent, and my cars consistently come out clean, shiny, and looking great from top to bottom! Over the years, I've tried other car washes, and one thing that always frustrated me was that the lower front areas and backs of my cars would still be dirty, leaving me to grab a towel and clean those spots myself. That has never been an issue at Mister Car Wash! They do an amazing job getting my cars clean all around--even the hard-to-reach areas underneath and along the lower portions of the vehicle. I also think their membership pricing is very reasonable considering the quality, convenience, and consistency of the service you receive. And let's talk about the vacuums! The suction is AMAZING! It's super easy and convenient. When you go they have different levels of wash. We pay for the most expensive because you can add more cars for $20 a month. 3 cars is $60! They provide drying towels, vacuums, compressor to blow air and dust out of tiny spaces, and they have a vending machine for other items. I don't encounter a lot of employees when I go but when I have they've been pleasant. There's also a customer service line to call if needed. I rated them a 4 out of 5 because not all the equipment works all the time which can be inconveniencing when you have to switch parking spots.

I usually have a towel to wipe those up after I drive for a bit after a wash. But, I barely had any to wipe up!
