I have been getting eyelash extensions for over 19 years consistently. Here is how my interaction has gone with this company. I booked an appointment with Bianca and the appointment with her was confirmed two times over a two day period. 30 mins before the appointment I was told she is running behind due to a removal issue with previous client. I rearrange my work schedule to accommodate this. I show up at 3pm to be told Bianca is not there and they have me placed with another lash technician. A technician with no reviews and that I had not even seen available on the menu while booking. I think it is fair to say with a 2 day advanced notice any high demand technician should not have been available. Yet Bianca was wide open and has the best reviews of all their technicians. I express my concerns to the tech. When you know you know about poor techs. Itching eyes, lashes stuck together creating painful experiences, etc. I do not let anyone get close to my eyes. The tech offered to show me her insta and then told me to not grab at her phone as I attempted to look at the page closely off the phone she just offered me to view. . Bad vibes all around. I leave to Mexico at 6am tomorrow and will have a difficult time finding another appt. I booked a full set even though I am three weeks out from my last fill. My tech is sick and the entire interaction with this company has been unprofessional. bad vibes. avoid here read more

I've never been to a professional establishment before where the lasher was the "no call no show". I had an appointment with Bianca for 9am and arrived at 845am. Already 0855 and still no one there. Here comes 9am, still No one. At 902 I texted the number provided in the email sent by Vagaro. No response. 911, still no one. I call the number, no answer. Text no response. 925, absolutely no one! Absolutely livid at this point. Should be more considerate of other peoples time as I respect the time of the lash artists. First and 2nd visit was with Jeanine. 3rd Visit with Lauren. This last appointment w/ Bianca-No show! Lauren did not have any availability according to Vagaro and Jeanine wasn't on the schedule. It's disappointing to know that the owner of this company don't take pride in professionalism and attendance while her own lash artist bust a** to keep their appointments. I went to this salon to get a fill on a hybrid set. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The tech that did my lashes was nice and welcoming. She did a great job and my lashes looked great. Unfortunately, they started falling out immediately. I actually lost a few clusters on my way home from the appointment. By the second day, nearly all of the lashes that were applied during my fill were gone. I emailed them and sent them over a photo, an no one ever responded to me. I chose to write this review because I gave them a fair chance to correct this, but they chose to ignore my email. I spent 2 hours there getting this fill and still needed one within the same week. That tech needs A LOT more experience and needs improvement on her retention. read more

I've been getting eyelash extensions since 9/2016. I've had the pleasure of being a lash model and client with Eyelash Boutique & Co. I have maintained healthy lashes throughout these 7 years of having extensions and have been able to keep a regular schedule of a once to twice a month fill. Each lash technician is trained the same and makes sure to give clients the best lashes. I love being able to relax in a big recliner, sometimes falling asleep and in 1-2 hours getting up and loving the way I look. I've been adding blue, neon green, and turquoise lashes lately, I love how they pop. I love being a client and would definitely work with Eyelash Boutique if I was a lash tech. I got my eyelashes done July 23 at this location. Very beautiful place and friendly workers. My thing is I got my eyelashes done (not going say by who) but the next day my right eyelashes was falling out while watching a movie I was so upset so the day after that my left eye started doing the same. This is before I even had a chance to wash my eyelashes smh. I'm very upset for the 190$ I wasted. I have got my eyelashes done in the past and never experienced this. Sucks! So I'm very, very disappointed after 2 months maybe 3 months spending my hard earned money. At first I thought I found who I was looking for but unfortunately I was wrong. Long story short Bianca messed up my eye I reached out to her and was treated very cure she was very nonchalant, rude and just didn't care. First of all, I love the fact that this location is literally down the street from the crib! And once I got inside the location, everybody was super duper friendly and very professional! The most distasteful women I have ever met. I used to do Marketing & Reception for the salon and Bianca refused to pay me for my content but continued to use my work after I chose to resign. She also talks disgustingly about all the techs in the salon when clients leave and sometimes even when we have a few clients. Please beware and take your business elsewhere to genuine people that deserve more recognition. She never pays the employees on time. And refuses to cut our taxes or show me how many hours I have worked. I've taken legal action and I've never experienced such a negative work environment up until now.
