We were picked up from Point Loma & taken to a restaurant in La Jolla to celebrate my 21st birthday & then dropped off at the Gaslamp. It was an 8 person max limo that came stocked with alcohol, definitely enough for 8 people to drink over the course of an hour or so. The drinks & glasses were set up nicely on the inside and the limo was clean inside & out! The driver was super nice. We actually ended up going over the 3hrs our package came with, poor guy had to wait for us for 3hrs! Oh & the guy that answers the phones to make reservations is probably one of the nicest guys on the planet! We'll definitely use J&N in the future!

By the time we descended we were dead-tired, so we needed a bus to drive us back from Harrah's Rincon. (Someone else took back the bikes in a separate van). In making my choice on who to use, I talked to 6 different companies, and Diego Party Bus was very accommodating and responsive. AND they offered us the best deal (well, after a little negotiation, but they were at least willing to be flexible unlike most of the other companies who wouldn't budge on the price). We loved our driver, who was just an all-around good guy, and very funny. All I can guess about all the negative Yelp reviews, is that they've either cleaned up their act majorly, or their competition is putting some fake reviews up on the site. Every time I called and left a message, someone called back within 5 minutes. None of the other companies were so responsive.

The price was better than the many competitor's prices. The great part was the quality was high still! I did a Temecula wine tour with San Diego Hotlimos twice now (a third I helped, but did not organize it). I planned all the wineries myself and used this company for the bus. I provided the driver with a list and the timing and it was very easy. The buses were a great size, had an "open ice chest" filled with some waters, had some cups, paper towels, and a wine opener. It helped us out quite a bit even though we brought most of our own stuff to use. You can also plug in your own phone to play whatever music you want to and you get the freedom to change the A/C as needed. On my first trip, Juan was great! He was friendly and communication was very easy. I was able to give him a heads up if we wanted to change our plans and he was very flexible with it. We communicated via text. On my second trip, Levarris blew me out of the water! He was amazing! He pre-emptively catered to our needs. He was there early and when I ran out in the middle of the wine tasting without letting him know, he came out to greet me and help me out. When we were in a pinch and debating on what to do, he offered smart ideas and helped us so quickly and easily. He made our trip great with his jokes, personality, and thoughtfulness. He was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Communication via text was easy and he was very responsive! His driving was very smooth and safe. I would definitely recommend this to my friends as I have numerous times. I did my homework and this is quality for a great price.

I was a bit nervous due to all the health concerns, but when I talked to José, I was completely put at ease. Even more so, when the driver arrived at the airport, he had a complete health kit waiting for me in the car - mask, sanitizer, and even sanitizing wipes. These are one use kits and they are completely sealed. I was blown away. The car was great, the driver friendly and super professional, and most importantly...I felt safe and extremely well taken care of. I know there are lots of services out there that move people around, but I can promise you this - I'll be using Jose and his company for as many of my travel needs as possible after this experience.
