I was outside of the 3 year warranty that they offered by about 6 months, but had no problem paying for the work. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant each time I called, but it took several attempts over several weeks to get a call back from someone who could assist. Each time she said she'd pass my info on and I'd hear back when they (I believe the owner, but I can't say for sure) returned. I finally got ahold of someone and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and repair the tiles. I changed my work schedule around to accommodate their appointment window and they never showed. I called towards the end of the window and then again afterwards. I left voicemails each time to try to find out if they were still coming. Nobody answered and I never received a call back. I strongly suggest giving your money to a business that wants and appreciates it.

I called HIM close to the end of his window. He said he wasn't going to come because he had just finished a hard job that left him smelling like poop. I said I didn't hire him to be a daisy so he should honor his commitment and come filthy, I didn't care so long as he did a good job. He showed up a mere 10 mins later, looking fresh as a daisy. But didn't come with anything to scoop the old sand out. ?? (He had already seen the equipment). I gave him something and watched him do the work. He told me my pool was super small (what does that have to do with anything?) so I said it is average size play pool: 13000 gals. When I stated the gallons, he acted surprised. But why did it even matter??? I didn't ask for his opinion on the size. ?? Then he told me our house was pretty small. Again ???? I told him is is 3,950 square feet and asked what does that has to do with my filter? He said he and his dad would be building NEW homes soon, because they 'do everything now'. Right...big talk from a short dude. In the end, he finished it and I paid him $350 for a one hour job at most. Which included 300 pounds of sand at a wholesale cost of around $100. Suffice it to say, this company isn't on my future list of people to use again, AND I have told Leslies that they shouldn't recommend them. He is immature, rude and MORE than a little full of his short self.

He went above and beyond and inspected the whole system and helped diagnose pool light free of charge while he was here. They are competitively priced and exceptionally consistent in their care for our pool and equipment. I see the same person at my home weekly and they have the same routine. The pool and the equipment have been taken care of as if it is their own. We have had a couple of challenges with the pool equipment through the years and Larry makes sure that his team is responsive and comes to the property himself if needed. We have found that all fixes are very reasonably priced and the work done expeditiously, we have never had to call them back about work completed. We felt comfortable from the beginning of the process to the very end. Mike was always checking in at every stage and made sure there was no oversight. NO kidding. We had our pool done in about 6 weeks from signing the contract to filling the pool with water. We interviewed at least about a dozen or morel builders throughout the valley from large to small cos. Most of the time, the follow up was horrible. We were lucky to get a call back, let along a decent price quote. It was pretty frustrating. I highly recommend Taylor Made. My company contracted with Brad several months ago to service a pool and spa at one of our vacation…read morerental properties. We had recurring issues with pool water chemistry so I started taking samples to Lesley's to get the water thoroughly tested. The ph has been reading high consistently. This week the ph was 8.4 and when Brad was told the ph was 8.4 he asked if the swimmers had complained and said "if the swimmers haven't been complaining it doesn't matter what the ph reading is." I have heard a lot of dumb things come out of pool people's mouths over the years but saying the ph level doesn't matter might be the dumbest thing ever. I could hardly believe what I was hearing and decided to fire Brad on the spot because anyone who knows anything about pools knows that ideal ph reading is between 7.2 and 7.8 and that a reading of 8.4 is much too high and the water chemistry needs attention. Information about proper swimming pool ph levels is easy to find on the internet. https://www.livestrong.com/article/239611-safe-ph-levels-for-swimming/ The relevant section of this articles states that high ph stops "the chlorine and other disinfectants from working effectively, meaning dangerous bacteria in your pool might not die when the water pH is high. You might not notice a difference in the water while you're swimming, but the bacteria could be harmful if it makes it into your body." Good luck to anyone using Brad for pool service... you'll need it.

So far so GREAT!…read more Brad rescued us a from a terrible pool company. He came out to start service SAME DAY! And he fixed our suction problem in about two seconds. He did a thorough scrub of all the sides and floor of the pool and a shock treatment to ensure things got crystal clear, then hooked up our little aquanaut and it started right in happily aquanauting all our pool worries away! Came home today to a pool cleaner than it's been in months - even though it stormed today. We are looking forward to a happy professional relationship with a great company and owner. :) Thanks, Brad!
