First I bought the spray-on gel and I scrubbed but that didn't help, so around 1.5 years ago I hired another company that's named after a certain aquatic amphibian to scrub it. They didn't do a great job and told me most of those old calcium stains would never come off. Flash forward to this week when I hired Pool Tile Dr. They lowered the water to expose the water line and then used salt to blast the tiles and vacuum up the residue. I have a fairly small pool and spa, but CJ was in and out of the water for 3 hours.
