I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. One of our projects this year was to have the calcium build-up on our pool tiles cleaned and to resolve the white calcium/mineral stains that laced our natural rock fountain. With a nine-year buildup of extreme hard water, it tremendously detracted from the beauty of our family pool. We hired the, POOL TILE DR., to clean and remove the excessive calcium and phosphates deposits from our pool tiles and fountain. Marc Garrard arrived spot on time and went straight to work on the difficult task at hand. His completed work is something to brag about! It is as if he actually installed new tile around the perimeter of the pool, and impressively the rocks on our fountain was restored to its natural state. It is as if we went back in time and just had a pool and fountain installed. The results are sparkling! Pool Tile (Deck) Dr. just completed a major restoration on our pool. The job entailed removing over 75 square feet of ledger stone and replacing such with tile. I bid the job (remove ledger stone/replace with tile) out to 6 companies. I awarded the job to Pool Tile Dr as they were priced extremely competitively, had been recommended by several of our neighbors, and the owner Marc was extremely trustworthy. They are licensed thru the Board of Contractors and insured which lended itself to even more confidence that the job would be performed well. Their crew showed up on time, and the job was completed with excellence within the stated completion estimate. Marc just finished cleaning the calcium/algae buildup from the top collar tiles, feature stones and waterfall in my pool. Marc not only met my hopeful expectations, but far exceeded them in every manner. He did treat my pool as if it were his own and was thoughtful, personable and left my pool and area like brand new. His system does not require a pool draining and the media he uses (salt derivative) does no harm to the tiles or stones that glass beads can. He vacuums any remnants after the cleaning. We had high levels of copper in our water that left purple stains not to mention all the hard water scaling. The pool looks as good as new. It was like a miracle NOT to have to use pumice stone and HOURS of manual labor. In a matter of hours, the tile looked great. Only complaint is that we found a razor blade laying on the floor outside which could have been bad if my son had found it or if anyone stepped on it, but other than that I am very happy with the work completed.

My pool pump had burned out and needed to be either repaired or replaced. They asked me to send a couple of pictures and answer a few questions, then provided quotes for both repair and replacement options. I also did some research on the company and found out they are licensed, bonded, and insured, which gave me peace of mind. Their pricing was also very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. In the end, we decided to replace the pool pump. Chris explained the quote and options, Robyn handled the scheduling and payment process, and Michael came out for the installation. Everyone was professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them if you need any pool work done.

I reached out multiple times and was promised it would be repaired in the next few days but I am still without a pool to use. It also doesn't help that a pool cleaner has been coming out weekly just for chemicals (pump doesn't work) and they are still charging me. Please note that after the first repair, the pool was worse as the oring was left out. Since that time it has been nothing but trouble. Plenty of other pool services out there to go to and I would recommend you use them.
