Recently, I brought in audio equipment that I purchased for school and one piece of equipment I paid around $350 for and instead of being treated fairly, I was yelled at about items "losing value" and even asked for a receipt in a disrespectful manner. What makes it worse is that the store can clearly see my long history with them, including similar items I've pawned in the past for higher amounts. The atmosphere of the store has changed completely. The place feels empty now, and instead of valuing loyal customers, they treat people like they're trying to scam the business -- when customers are the ones trusting them with their personal property. After over 30 years of doing business with this company, I expected better treatment, communication, and respect. Loyalty should matter.
