Once I looked at the print out copy I was shocked the number was well over $4,000 more than agreed and the financing terms were completely wrong, not what I pointing and selected while doing the contract. They tried lying and also tried to get me to drive back to the dealership, which is illegal. I didn't even get an apology. They said, "mistakes happen". I still have not gotten the video surveillance footage that I requested and probably won't. My opinion is stay away from the dealership in the first place. Shouldn't mess with a US Army vetrans money. Triple check everything they say, do and write. 86% of customers recommend this place on Facebook. Amazing experience!

They looked at my car right away with no appointment. Seconds later I was good to go-at no charge! Part of the heat shield they said I didn't need rusted and was about to fall off.
