Grandpa, Mom, birthday boy in special toddler area

We had the best time for our grandson's 3rd birthday party at Dizzy Castle. The staff treated us like royalty and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted. A lot of fun for a reasonable price. But it truly is the staff that will keep us coming back.

I've been coming to Dizzy Castle for about 3 years and this place has continued to decline. I refer to it as Dirty Castle since there are thick piles of dust all over the play-structures and over exposed light fixtures. Look up at the ceiling and you'll see the fiberglass insulation exposed and about to fall down. Many of the safety nets having concerning sized tears and holes that can cause little feet to get hurt. Many if not most of the pads have been torn and covered with duct tape. I found many exposed pieces of wood that should be covered by padding that are able to tear pants and leave splinters. I've never hosted a kid's bday party here but have attended many and was not impressed with what the packages included for the price. Overall they need to deep clean this place immediately and repair/replace broken and torn equipment and safety features.

My Daughter had a blast! Room was enough to cater the guest as we chose the room next to play area , Their pizza was worth to order for specially the Hawaiian pizza ! Vegetables and Fruit party platter was decent size for a party of 10! kiddos had a blast

If your kids like playgrounds..... then this is the place. It got 5 stars because you really can't find a playground that has all the anonymity's that this place has to offer. There will always be haters in this world that complain about dust or not well staffed or bullies or this or that. I say: if your afraid of the dust..... you go up too a 14' ladder and clean the dust off yourself because their isn't any dust we're the kids play (there's not enough time for dust to settle with that many kids playing); if your afraid of bullying or staff not watching your kids..... then be a REAL parent and supervise your child (and other children if need be). Get in the mix and have fun with your child... I'm 47 years old and I play with my kids). The food is ok. All you hear are kids screaming!!!!!?????....... GOOD!!!!!!.... It means they are having fun! From slides to mazes to interactive video-to-floor games to eating to parties to the best obstacle course a kid could ask for....???!!!...... it's worth the money. If you want your kid to stay in bubble wrap?????.... This probably isn't the place for you...... try taking your kids to a garden and ask them to stare at the same rose for 2 hours. Just saying!!!!! Let the kids have fun.

Love Dizzy Castle, it's a safe and fun places for kids (mostly younger or siblings) birthday parties, the staff is always pleasant and friendly! I've verbally advised about the dirty air filter in past but see it's pretty filthy. Please pay some attention to this when you can :)

Dizzy is a great past time for littles it has good food although the fryer has been broken for about a month now. We normally visit around 10a-2pm the day crew is made up usually of you adults and one older lady with brown hair who never smiles and seems annoyed. They all usually huddle at one table with their phones and chat. Overall it's as clean as you would hope for a kids indoor place. The bathrooms lack occasionally because the crew is huddled with lacking rounds.

Fun play area, could be kept a little cleaner, there is a lot of dust on the outside of the castle.

Play Street Museum is located in a nice shopping center with plenty of parking. When we arrived, we were greeted and welcomed by the employees. It is a shoe-free place so make sure you're prepared to wear socks. I was impressed by the entire setup of Play Street Museum. It is very clean, accessible for all ages, and there is a variety of play options. The setup makes it easy to move around to each area. There is an airplane that has different realistic airplane sounds. There is a food/kitchen area, a veterinarian office, a home space with a kitchen and babies, an outer-space section, an ice cream truck, tables with different activities like drawing, sorting, building, and a large lego table. There is so much imaginative play options. All of the toys were clean and seemed new. There is also options to add extra activities like make your own slime, paint pottery, and dye a hat or apron. Play Street Museum also offers to host parties. We loved our hour and a half of play time at this awesome spot! At the end of your visit, the kids get to pick out a snack. I am looking forward to when a Play Street Museum opens close to my hometown because this was amazing! Thank you Play Street Museum Vancouver for a fun time!

We paid 16$ for our 2 y/o to enter and the menu for food looked pretty good although we didn't eat lunch here. The play area is a pretty big section with many sections being for bigger kids: 42"+ and 6 y/o+. The big kid section was harnessed up obstacle courses, giant slide you ride down in tubes, and a giant bounce area. The toddler section was still really cool with a small trampoline room next to the main play area. The main area had rotating rocket ship platforms, a giant ballpit with fun projectors and a big slide and play place similar to the McDonald's and Chuck E. Cheese play structures 90's kids grew up with. The small slide went into a foam pit and the big slide was fun for even adults. Our toddler had a blast and of course was crying when we had to leave. Will definitely come here again and possible for lunch as well. Saw some Korean food items on the menu.

The play space is chaotic and overwhelming but they certainly have many activities to choose from! Foam pit, slides, obstacle course, tube and carpet slides, trampolines, a rotating beam thing, and the fun inflatable ball you can get inside and roll around. Definitely very busy and a little overstimulating on a Sunday birthday party prime time but a fun time for sure! We will be back maybe during the week when it's less busy and get a turn on all that it has to offer!
