We hired DJRyanO to DJ our elementary school dance this past spring, and boy, did he deliver!! If you are looking for an energetic, interactive DJ who plays fun games and a great mix of music, DJRyanO is definitely your guy!! Historically, past DJ's had a difficult time holding the kids' attention for the duration of the dance. (Picture your typical DJ, standing at his table full of equipment and playing tune after tune after tune). Well, this was not the case for DJRyanO. He knows his audience well. Our two biggest hopes were for the wedding to go off without a hitch and for the reception to be an absolute party for our family and friends in attendance. I used DJ Ryan-O this past Friday (April 12th) for my daughter's elementary school Gala and Auction (Greenbrook Elementary in Danville). I don't even know where to begin - he was AMAZING!!!! He performed as Emcee, Auctioneer and DJ! As a fusion Indian-American wedding we were looking for a DJ who could adeptly mix a range of genres (Bollywood, hip-hop, and a few slow jams). We hired DJ Ryan for our wedding in July 2018 and his service was an 11 out of 10; I don't think we could have dreamed up such a good DJ. He took the time to understand what our vision was and gave us suggestions along the way to make it even better. He asked about all of our music tastes, song requests and created curated playlists for each part of the wedding; it was a completely customized experience. He puts in way more time and effort than just the day of event. All of his sound equipment and lighting was included in his rate, and it was a lot! Other companies charge way more money for all of the extras he includes. The day of the wedding he had three separate audio/sound setups and we had multiple wireless microphones that worked flawlessly. From guests arrival to the end of the wedding, 7 hours later, he kept the guests engaged and the wedding on schedule. He stepped in a few times when other vendors were dropping the ball to help make everything go smoothly. During the dinner he even got my wife and I a glass of wine because the waiters were too busy and he saw we were empty. The dance party was amazing. You can tell that DJ Ryan loves music, he had great remix versions of songs we asked for that were great for dancing and played songs that appealed to different age groups. The lighting he brought was perfect and even had a fog machine that he used a few times. At a couple points he brought out a shaker and was jamming out, the crowd loved it. The next morning we hosted a brunch for our guests and a lot of people commented on how great he was and how it was the most fun they have had at a wedding.
