Four watches needed a new battery. Three cost $12.95. A mid-tier luxury brand watch cost $19.95. He quoted me a 20 min. wait. I think he was done in 10 min. All came with a 1 year warranty (printed on the receipt). The booth is located on the second floor near Macy's home. He is very friendly and professional! Beware price gougers: A jewelry store on the first store near Macy's mens quoted me $19.95 for the three. And $44.95 for the other one that was "a very hard watch" to replace the battery in. Another wonderful experience at DJ Watch and Engraving! I took two watches to the very nice gentleman who operates this kiosk, and he replaced the batteries in two of my watches in 15 minutes. He also very kindly called me on my mobile when the watches were done and, when I returned to the kiosk, he made the extra effort to show me his work to make sure I was absolutely satisfied - and, as always, he did a wonderful job. I brought my watch here to have a few links in the elastic watchband removed. The service was professional and quick. It took only 20 minutes and since this is a kiosk in a beautiful mall it was easy to spend that time browsing through nearby shops and running errands. There are two watch repair kiosks in the mall, but both are the same price (at least for a battery change on a Michael Kors watch) -12.99$. If I could give them no stars I would. A couple of months ago I took two watches to get batteries replaced. Soon after I wore one of my watches, I noticed that the case came off. I remember they said I could come back if something did not go right within a year so I saved my receipt. I kept on forgetting to take it back since I have three children the watch getting fixed was the last thing on my mind. I finally took it back with the receipt and I experienced the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. After I told the gentlemen (who I believe is the owner, not the same guy who was there when I went in the first place) of what had happened, he claimed that they never replaced the battery there. I said no sir they did and I have the receipt showing that I did. He proceeded to say no, you probably took the screws off yourself and now you are coming here. I said I did not. He started saying just to be honest and not lie. I told him I was not lying. He started getting very nasty and told me to leave because I did not get the watch battery changed there, I said I did and that is why I had the receipt, so he said that the receipt was probably for other watches. I had my children with me so I told him that I was leaving not because he was telling me to or because he was calling a lier but because I did not want them to see how nasty he was. He put his earbuds back on even before I left and ignored me completely. I went to the concierge of the mall but I have not heard back from them. I have never being treated this bad before. The lack of respect was to another level and that gentlemen does not deserve anybody's business. Don't use him. read more

I had read the reviews and I work nearby, so I decided to try it out. I have a fairly expensive watch that they recommend be sent back to the manufacturer for repairs - the links had come apart and the clasp was loose. I couldn't have been more pleased - fixed in 2 hours (offered to fix in 20 minutes but I elected to come back).
