This was a last minute decision, but it was my choice to make as the customer and buyer. I made a point to inform Justin and Richard before closing time that I would not be coming in. Despite this, Justin proceeded to repeatedly harass me into the next morning. Both individuals attempted to make me feel guilty for my decision, as if I had done something wrong. Trying to make it seem like they all stayed after hours to make this happen. During this exchange, Justin was especially rude, unprofessional, and immature. Making comments that no customer should ever be subjected to. To make matters worse, the following day they ran my credit again without any valid reason or authorization, after the deal had already been canceled. This appeared to be done out of spite and was completely inappropriate. I understand that losing a sale is frustrating and that the auto industry is competitive, but sales professionals should still maintain basic standards of professionalism and respect. Management should also take responsibility for the conduct of their staff and the way they represent the company. My advice, consider shopping elsewhere.
