She did this last year as well and she did it again this year. From the same florist. But this time when they tried to deliver to my house at around 11 AM, I was asleep until about 3 PM. I live in Las vegas and I work in nightlife. I work graveyard hours. I am sleeping when they were trying to call me and so was my friend. Nobody got a hold of me because I was still sleeping. I woke up to 13 missed calls. I think they were trying to contact my friend to see what to do about my order. My friend works in a hospital and she is busy dealing with x-ray machines. She couldn't get a hold of me either. So she said to leave it at the door. The florist told her that if it's outside for an hour, it should be OK. But yet nobody has gotten a hold of me to even know what time I would be opening the door to get the flowers. It is in the middle of August and the current temperature that day was 105°. My friend lives in Edmonton, Canada, which snows half the year. She does not know how hot Las vegas is during August summer. Yes she did tell them to leave them at the door because she did not know what to do She was super busy at work and had to deal with that situation. But as a florist, they should know better than to even leave unattended flowers that's wrapped in paper, not even in a vase with water to be sitting outside in 105° weather not even for 30 minutes! The flowers were sitting out there for over three hours! Imagine if I was having a normal job and I was working till 5 PM or 6 PM. It was a Friday as well. That flower bouquet would've been out there for over six hours. When I got to the door to get the flowers inside the house, it was looking pathetic and the flowers were so soft! As you're touching it, you can literally rip the pedals off if you wanted to easily. The flowers were all wrinkly. What the florist should have done is bring it back to the shop and re-deliver the following day Or messaged me to come pick it up at the flower shop. But instead, they thought it was best to leave my flowers in 105° weather not knowing what time I was going to get the flowers inside the house. I could not believe that they thought that it was a great idea to leave it out there for that long. This experience was tremendously disappointing for me and I was pissed off. It actually ruined my birthday. I was in a bad mood the rest of the day. I called the florist to tell them about my concern about the flowers and how it was extremely unacceptable. They said I could come to the flower shop and pick something out of the fridge instead. When I got to the flower shop, there was maybe four or five options in the fridge when it comes to arranged Flowers. Some more sunflower types. And some more Lily types. I chose the Lily type which came with a pink lily, hydrangea flower, maybe six roses that is random colors and a bunch of other cheap flowers. Along with a lot of greenery. Would I say that it's comparable to what my friend paid for my flowers? And for the delivery I'm sure it was charged? No it was not comparable because she paid for two dozen long stem, white roses plus delivery. What I got in replacement for it is not comparable whatsoever, but I would rather have that than dying flowers. That's been sitting out there for three hours. I feel like they should have replaced my flowers with exactly 2 dozen long stem roses. The worst part of everything was that the florist took no accountability for the situation. They did not once apologize for the mishap. There was no empathy. No remorse no nothing. This floral shop is not professional and I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. And I will make it a point to let my friend know never to order from them again for my birthday. I was so stressed out about the situation all day, and I was very disappointed. My friend felt extremely bad about the whole ordeal. Two thumbs down for this place!

Super responsive through text, easy to communicate with, and he accepts debit/credit cards which made everything convenient. He'll usually arrange a meetup spot -- in my case it was the CVS parking lot on Rainbow & Warm Springs. Joe actually joked that he once had a customer cancel because they thought the parking lot meetup seemed sketchy . But when I arrived, he was literally in the middle of another transaction handing off beautiful leis to another customer while processing payment, so I immediately knew he was legit. Everything was packaged with care, and he even included cute decal stickers which was such a nice touch. The leis were beautiful, fresh, and exactly what we needed for our family celebration. Highly recommend Braddah Joe if you need leis in Vegas. Professional, responsive, trustworthy, and genuinely kind. I'll absolutely be ordering from him again for our next family event.

Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the orchids. First of all, ALL the buds from the 4 stems were physically removed. I called DiBella and spoke with Alexis (hopefully, I'm remembering the name correctly) and she was extremely helpful. She told me to email photos of the 4 "bud-less" stems which I did immediately. Soon after I received a call from the "manager" who basically said "too bad"... "that's how ALL the orchids in their hot house look." Well that's not how expensive orchids are supposed to look. Now, the orchids I received will have a shorten "shelve life" because of an orchid disfigurement practice at DiBella. I was offered "a bundle of loose flowers" if and when I'm ever in the area. It was very relaxing in the office, and the ladies were soft-spoken. They honestly seemed to be looking at my sister to be more assertive with requests. LOL. Funny situation since my sister was hoping to have more of an informational consultant. Not to say that they ladies weren't knowledgeable! Because they certainly knew what they could provide within her budget and supplies (e.g. types of flowers) available for the season. I think the key information they provided us with was that according to the budget of the wedding, about 5-10% would be spent on floral arrangements and other venue rentals. In the case of my sister, she's got a budget of about $2000 for ceremony and reception flowers (e.g. centerpiece arrangements, her bouquet, boutonniere and corsages for wedding party) and outdoor games (e.g. lifesize Jenga and Cornhole). I guess the only hiccup was recent when I asked my sister about the update, and she was put off from not having heard from Lucia since then. Benefit of a doubt is that she's taking her time because the wedding is in October of this year.
