Also, their items are cute and unique, and they have great customer service. A couple of instances come to mind that I feel exemplify great customer service. First, the dress that I ordered for my daughter's college graduation last year somehow got lost in the mail and between the USPS and my apartment complex, it could not be located. Well, about a week and a half prior to the graduation, I got on the phone with Melissa ( I believe that's her name) and explained the situation to her. She apologized for the situation, asked me to select another item to order, and promised to have it to me in time...and with no extra shipping charge. I did as she asked and received the dress 2 days before graduation! I was elated! The second instance occurred just recently. I purchased a pant suit at full price $52, then noticed that it had been marked down to $25 for a holiday promo....the next day. Well, I felt some type of way about this lol, so I called the boutique and spoke to Desiree'. She was friendly and attentive as she listened to the situation and reviewed my customer history with the store. Because I'm a good customer, she accommodated me by promptly sending me a code for $15 off of my next purchase, which I just used and am now waiting for my order to arrive. I thought this was gracious of her and spoke well to her ability to retain customers.

Customer service was amazing, I wasn't stalked as previous reviews say. But I did have a couple of people ask if I needed help and once I said I was just browsing they'd accept it and move along. And when I did have questions there was always someone around to help. There is a minimum, first time you have to spend $150 and anytime after that it's $100. They have a parking structure and I think the first two or three hours are free with validation. I'm not to sure how much it is after. I believe you could also shop here as a regular customer but you don't receive the same pricing as business owner.
