I came in around 2:17 because I parked in the hotel parking lot to come in to talk to them to ensure my appt wouldn't be canceled while I find parking. He ask me , "WHY DIDNT YOU PLAN FOR THE PARKING?" how the heck can I plan for parking? I asked if I should have arrived 5am because that's the only time I could think of that I would be sure to get parking. You guys have a spa that is in a hotel but the spa guests can't use the parking space.. Maybe that's what you need to worry about Mr John or use that loud mouth of yours to push for a parking area for spa guests. 1other time I came and couldn't find parking and the receptionist arranged for me to park in the hotel parking lot. I did not know that was a 1 time situation, but thanks to BIG J's scolding, I now know. It was strange telling a grown man not to speak to me that way and stop attacking me as if he knew me personally. His response was, 'Well you don't know me either.' Bruh, well that's my point. Amanda did my perm, and the result was nothing like what I asked for. Instead of defined, intentional curls, my hair was left with uneven, messy waviness that honestly looked half done. What made it even more frustrating was that when she finished, she said, "It looks so natural!" That was literally the opposite of what I had asked for. It looked worse than my actual natural hair, except now I was stuck with it because it was chemically permed. I completed their survey afterward and submitted a complaint explaining how unhappy I was with the service and the result. I never heard a single thing from management or the owners. No attempt to address the situation, no follow-up, nothing. If a salon tells you they can achieve a specific perm style, you should be able to trust that they actually understand what you're asking for before permanently altering your hair. I would not risk getting a perm here, especially if you want a specific curl pattern or polished look.

One time, Merrick cut my hair in exactly the way it should be cut, and then last week I got the Keratin treatment. I am amazed. My hair has not looked this good in my whole life. It cost me $95 for an adult and child pedicure, plus tip, and if you can believe it, I left with my feet looking worse than when I walked in. Yes, worse! If you're into abstract art, maybe you'd appreciate it, but if you're looking for a decent pedicure, you might want to keep searching.
