Despite being stretched thin, they remained attentive and worked as quickly as they could between tables. As for the food, I ordered the Smokehouse platter with ribs, pulled chicken, and tri-tip, along with fries as my side and an order of pickle chips for the table. Unfortunately, the meats were quite dry. I had requested that the meat come with sauce, but it was served without any. That said, there were several sauces available on the table, so I'm not sure it would have made much of a difference whether it came from the kitchen already sauced or not. The beans were decent, but nothing particularly memorable. The highlight of the meal was definitely the pickle chips--they were flavorful, crispy, and easily the best thing we ordered. Overall, the service staff did the best they could under what appeared to be challenging circumstances, but the food itself fell short of expectations.

When she handed it to me, I said thank you, she said "Yeah" flipantly and literally walked away. I walked away knowing I had been kind...maybe she was having a bad day.
