The cashier ensured me that the garment will be ready on the following Tuesday. On my ticket it clearly said Ready by Tuesday. I arrived 15minutes before closing time on that day and the garment was not completed and was told to try again tomorrow. I arrived the next day to retrieve my garment 30 minutes before closing time and it was ready. However, I expected to not pay for it due to the fact that they broke their service contract that the garment was not completed on the given date. The store clerk argued with me that I have to pay full price but then changed it to a 10% discount which I was still not pleased. He did not want to back down after the fact that on the ticket and the word of the Friday's cashier, the pick up date is Tuesday and stuck by his conviction that he is correct and I am wrong. Meanwhile he keeps bringing up past incidents of his own with other business, (like I care) to further make his bogus argument. The clerk continued on about how it is their policy that if the service was unsatisfactory that a 10% discount will be offered. I asked where is that written and also I was not told. He replied, it is not written down anywhere. How can any business expect to cover their losses if they do not establish policies for everyone to access? All in all the garment was cleaned and repaired, but I do not recommend this place. It is a waste of time and poor customer service. I don't think 10% discount as a band-aid to not completing full service which is Cleaning, repairing and being on time is worth the reputation of that cleaners and also common business policies. If everyone operated business like this, what would be the point of conducting them if they cannot keep their word.

This sweater was a gift and meant a lot to me as well (plus it was cashmere), and he really couldn't care less. Didn't even offer me compensation for the dry clean price. Don't go here unless you want to risk losing your clothes and not even get some empathy in return. Would rate zero stars if I could.

When I came to pick it up, not only was it confirmed that I had, in fact, discolored one spot, but the dry cleaners had discolored the rest of the coat as well, leaving huge marks of white throughout an otherwise indigo blue coat :( The owner and I agreed on a repayment of $300, but when I came back the next day to pick up the check, he lowered the repayment to $200. He said that his wife told him it was worth even less than that :( this coat is so special to me and cannot be replaced. They also lost the belt of the coat! I feel disregarded in a neighborhood where I otherwise feel so welcome and taken care of. Ruining a coat is one thing, coming to an agreement and then going back on your word is another. The latter is much harder to get past.

It was my first time washing clothes in a laundromat and I'm 25. Thanks to my amazing Mother who has spoiled me. Had no clue about the process and how much soap I need to put and all that, they were able to help me, with the entire process and made it look so easy. The staff is super friendly, their machines are up to date and work great!! And the place is very clean and the environment is very quiet and calm. Bring a kindle or bring an iPad and relax until you have a fresh batch of washed and dried clothes. Laundry is pretty easy thanks to CW Laundromat!!

That's not even the worst part! I now come today November 4th to pick up the 3 white items that needed to be re cleaned and my jacket. But not only does the guy at the front desk say I'm early it's supposed to be picked up tomorrow, but when I remind him of the original date I dropped off my items, he brings out my jacket and says it's still not repaired!!!!! I nearly blew my top off. I had to ask for the repair money back, he didn't offer as he should knowing the business was at fault. He didn't offer any solutions. I had to insist on knowing who the manager is and when I can speak to him. I will not let this rest. I'm posting a bad review on every platform I can think of.
