Leak is gone, and roof is further reinforced. The weather this week in particular has been a cold, windy, and wet one. There was even a light dusting of snow the night before Victor came to work on our roof. We appreciated his proactiveness, and friendly demeanor in our situation. Hi, I would like to warn you about this contractor. I placed…read morean order with them over a year ago and they talked me into supposedly signing a form that would allow them to get their money faster once the job was completed. Well I found out that I was an idiot as it was to get the money from the loan released to them immediately. After that they scheduled my house to be roofed. They never showed and gave me the excuse that the roofers got sick. So we rescheduled and again they never showed giving me a different excuse. This we went on for 8 months with me scheduling dates and them never showing but with a different excuse every time. Finally 8 months later and several calls to the bank I was able to get the roof scheduled and completed. The gutters have never been done at all and it has now been over a year. I have talked nice and played their game of calling and scheduling with them never showing up. Then I tried calling the bank again with no luck. Then I tried threatening them with no luck. I have contacted the state of Oregon to see if I can get this mediated and resolved and if that doesn't work then I will be forced to contact a lawyer.
