After seeing positive reviews on Yelp I booked an oil change here for the first time. No complaints, other than that I wasn't informed ahead of time that if I used my citi card, it would add a three percent charge. The cost was a bit more than the previous estimate I had but hopefully everything is in good shape, and I got what I paid for. I was glad to have my invoice explained to me and I felt that I was being treated with honesty and respect regarding the fact that I need to purchase new tires in the near future. They are in a very out-of-the-way location that I never knew of, even having been here for forty two years. Finding a good, reputable car mechanic can be a nightmare so when you find one you stick with them! These guys are the best. They do what needs to be done and nothing more. I am very pleased with the service I received from DLS Tire Centers when I had a tire leak caused by a sidewall puncture from a screw. It couldn't be repaired, but, because the remaining 3 tires still had sufficient tread, I only needed to replace the one damaged tire. We had a road trip coming up in a few days, not to mention a holiday weekend, and Justin was able to get same day delivery of the replacement tire. They put on my spare to get me home while the new tire was en route. As promised, it came the same day, and within 10 minutes of arriving back at their shop, I was on my way with a new tire. These guys are are just real standup folks. Nail in tire - it ended up not going through, but they took it out, and refilled tires and torqued the bolts while they were at it. I've lived in Boulder County my entire life, have been driving my own vehicles for almost 7 years now, and never knew about this killer shop! I desperately needed new snow tires right before the first snow and got turned away by at least 4 shops due to the high demand, called this place and got new tires ordered and put on within 24 hours! Unbelievably grateful for Eddie being willing to help me out so quickly and for such a realistic and fair price. Ended up having some more work needing to be done on my car a couple days later and Eddie had me scheduled to get it fixed up within a week for without a doubt the best price in town! Don't think I'll be going to any other shops in boulder anytime soon. 10/10 would recommend this shop to anyone I know needing work done, could not be happier with the service from the guys there and the quality of parts and work done. I took my RV in for a tire patch. While the wheel was on the machine, it came off and scratched the rim. My RV rims are chrome plated aluminum. Although the scratches were minor, Eddie offered to have the rim rechromed and did not charge me for the repair. Great! Then he found out that the old rim could NOT be rechromed, so he ordered a brand new rim and replaced it! This is without me having to beg for an adjustment. This must have cost them several hundred $$. It is refreshing to see a business with such integrity that they will stand by any error they make to such an extent. Recently went by on a whim to check out if they had any availability to replace all four of my tires as I had, admittedly, been a little lazy about replacing them plus alignment. The guys there were easily able to fit me in with a great positive attitude. Left my car the next morning and was done with both alignment and replacing all four tires within three hours! I recently moved to Boulder from out of state and I was concerned about finding a shop that I could trust, which is something that we all need! I had an issue with my car and was referred to this shop. Even though they were busy, they still managed to squeeze me in. They diagnosed that the issue was small and fixed it much faster than I would have expected. They were honest, didn't try to push any extra fixes on me, and were extremely pleasant to deal with all around. This place is amazing!! I have lived in Denver for three years and I haven't been able to find an auto mechanic I feel like I can trust. Well, I finally found my place. I went in for an oil change and Eddie took such great care of me. This is kind of a little "hole in the wall" shop but for the past few years I've been using them almost exclusively for repairs, oil changes, and the like. They are really friendly and didn't laugh at me when I couldn't figure out why the heck my tire inflation light was on. (Turns out I had filled all except the one that actually needed the air... duh.) They even fixed it on the spot and for free. I've had quotes for work to be done at other places and these guys have always been able to beat the price and do an equally good job. I think they give discounts for businesses nearby, so if you're in the vicinity, it doesn't hurt to ask! read more

These guys are great! They only recommend what is useful for your budget and vehicle. They go out of their way with courtesy and are transparent with timelines for the work. My old vehicle needed additional specialty brake work and they knew another mechanic that could do that work. Not only did they call over for me, but they helped me drop off my vehicle. They don't specialize in tires only, but also are mechanics. They did great work and were so helpful in their service and fair in their prices. Highly recommend this business. read more

I have taken my car to DLS for several years and they always provide top-notch service. They can usually get me in right away, but it appears their popularity has spread, and with good reason. They charge a fair price for the work, and they don't try to sell you on repairs that you don't need. They will, however, mention things that they notice will need repair soon, but aren't detrimental. They go out of their way to help people. As a person on a strict budget, they have worked with me, and whenever they quote me a price, you can bank on it being within a few dollars of the invoice. I love this shop and no one else should take their vehicles there because I want them all to myself! Joking aside, take your car there. You won't be disappointed. read more
