Outstanding service. Honest, professional, fair pricing. Dan and his team are great to work with and I feel that my car is in great hands. Never try to upsell you on products. What do I mean by that, I had my tires I bought online sent to a local tire shop since it was free shipping. Firestone Experience: I was sitting in their waiting room at Firestone almost everyone waiting there had a bulb out. The tech would walk into the waiting room and tell the owner "your back brake bulb is out, do you want us to fix it?" They would say "how much?" They would say $19.99. They would say "okay". I wanted to yell, "are you crazy!" Two bulbs are around $4 from pep boys and you can do it yourself or ask a friend who knows how. I understand some people don't want to worry about this but while I was waiting about 1 hour there, there were 3 bulb issues. DML is not like that, they are honest and understand if your provide great customer service, his shop will be booked with customers. I only recommend DML! read more

When I moved to this area I asked people if there was an auto repair place that was trustworthy. I was told that DML Automotive never tried to rip you off and helped you as much as they could if money was tight. I'm so glad I went there. On more than one occasion they found problems that were minor and did it for free; things I know other mechanics would've charged me money for. When my old car actually does need repairs they've always been reasonable and worked hard to work within my budget. After another good deed, I reminded myself to join Yelp just to return the favor in a small way. read more

Dan saved our trip! We were traveling into Pennsylvania for a meeting when our car was giving us problems. (Luckily we were staying at the Quality Inn next door to the garage), so we walked over first thing on Saturday morning. Just telling him what the car was doing, Dan calculated it to be a certain problem and without any fuss he took our car in right away! Turns out his guess was exactly right - he diagnosed, repaired and we were out the door within2 hours. This place is the best. Fast, reliable service and reasonably priced. Also as a female I completely trust Dan (owner) and his team. It can be difficult for anyone to find a trustworthy mechanic, and I know I'm not getting taken advantage of. He has never suggested a repair that was not absolutely necessary. He will also call your car dealership to double check if something needs to be done there or covered under warranty. They aren't perfect, a few years ago I had problems with my battery and they thought it was my alternator, and had referred me to the dealership because it would have been under warranty. It really was just the battery, but no harm done. If you work locally they will take you back to work and then return your car and keys back to your office when they are finished with your car. It also helps that he employs nice, polite people, so you can feel safe riding in a car alone with them. It just speaks to the type of person Dan is and the pride he takes in his business and his employees. They are also open until 7, which can be rare to find. Only downside, is they are situated in an odd spot on 202, right by the Holiday Inn, they are also a BP station. It is an extremely busy part of 202 so it can be tricky to get to. You can cut through back roads easily if you know the area. read more

I started going to DML about 4 years ago on referral from a good friend who takes their FIVE vehicles here for servicing. I have a BMW and a Volvo (with 360,000+ miles), which, for anyone who owns either of these brands, can be very costly to repair. I have always gotten very fair pricing, they call with estimates before they do any work, and they are on time or early with delivery. Every mechanic has been outstanding, I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone here for quality service-oriented repairs and maintenance. read more

Went to DML Automotive INC, I took vehicle on March 5th at around 5:30PM. First of all the standard $19.99 was not charged instead I was given a truck which costed minimum of $24.99 per day. The Equipment had oil change due, gas guzzler, low battery power caused almost 3 hours of my work delayed and caused frustration. Right before taking the Equipment, there was a car parked behind by the equipment and caused lot of delay to call the mechanic to remove the car and then be able to remove the Equipment. Later at night the Truck wont start because of low battery and caused almost 3 hours delay. Road side Customer service call had lot of static and could not understand how to reach the customer service to initiate a request to get the equipment started. I called on March 5th around 7:15 PM evening to inform the DML Automotive INC that I will get delayed in returning the vehicle. Instead of 8AM will return the vehicle at around 11AM. They agreed. Today morning at around 11:15AM when I went to return the vehicle, I was told by the customer service person at DML Automotive Inc that a receipt will be sent to me. I was not sure how much hey are charging and hence I requested for a receipt then itself. With lot of frustration and lot of attitude the agent went outside and came back with a grumpy face complaining that it was too cold. I guess the temperature was around 27 degrees Fahrenheit. Agent was too lazy to go out and get my final estimates. When I asked for the final estimate, I was charged for 2 days and I said its not even 24 hours complete and it is not right, the manager came from behind frustrated and started to ask me what was going on, I was already late because of the agents mistakes and was upset with the attitude that I was getting, I said, I need to get the receipt fast and get out of that place along with a concern that they cannot charge me for 2 days. The manager got frustrated and threatened me to throw me out of the store. I was told by him that my ass will be kicked and will be thrown out along with F*** O** work . I could not control my anger and I said, I will not leave this store unless I get my receipt and that is my right. I was told by the manager that please take your business next time to some other place and do not come here again or else I will be thrown out of the store. I insisted for a receipt and asked them to charge me only for one day. Finally the manager took the receipt from the printout and crumbled it and threw it at me, which I managed to catch hold of and finally left the store trembling with the bad experience, getting abused, ridiculed and and frustration of not being able to do anything. Also was scared as he had mechanics working for him who might have done something harmful and hence left the place. Called up Uhaul to initiate my complaint and experience. Have called Cops to inform my experience. Have called American express to dispute the charge as my experience was horrible and practically was threatened. Please take away their license to rent out Uhauls as they do not know how to treat customers. read more
