It's shocking LNT doesn't have more reviews. I knocked my rim on a curb and was very upset about it. I just went on yelp and searched rim repair, this was the first company to come up. I simply texted a photo to the phone number, within minutes they responded with an estimate, date and time. I dropped off my Bronco on a Friday, picked it up Monday. An extremely seamless transaction, and I got more than what I paid for. The price is extremely fair. The Rim is back to how it looked when it came out of the factory, it doesn't look "like" new, it is new. I met the owner when I got my keys, extremely nice guy. He locked me in as a permanent customer. One thing, the garage is not exactly on the street so it is easy to miss. On Friday evening, I made the amateur and painful mistake of curbing the passenger side rear wheel of my BMW. It's literally one of the worst sounds any driver can ever have to suffer through... My first reaction was, if the damage was bad, I'd be stuck having to dish out the money for a brand new OEM wheel, pay to dismount and remount the tire, transfer the TPMS, rebalance, etc. Second reaction was to have to deal with the embarrassment of driving around with fresh curb rash and being "that guy"... The moment I got home, I began shopping around for replacements, but then figured I'd give a repair service a shot. I asked the members of my local BMW Car Club of America Chapter and while Alloy Wheel Repair out further West was recommended, two fellow members vouched for LNT. Surely enough, I shot a text over on Friday evening and received a response almost immediately, followed by a scheduled appointment on Monday morning. This alone was a major relief since I dreaded having to potentially wait on a wheel to be shipped and delivered, make a drive out towards Gap or Allentown, etc., and an onsite repair while I could conveniently go about my day and attend my scheduled doctor's appointments was absolutely what I needed. John arrived early and went over what the plan was. Rather than repair the wheel I had just curbed alongside with correct a nice piece bitten off on the opposite rear wheel from the previous owners misdoing, I opted in for a full respray to a satin black finish of the OEM wheels. Within moments, the car was jacked up, the wheels were off, and John began pluggin' away while I headed out. What I returned to was nothing short of perfect and exceeded my expectations. The curb rash was mended, the exact finish of what my other BMW has on the lightweight APEX wheels was absolutely precise, and the embarrassment of driving around like an idiot was eliminated. Not only that, but John took the time and effort to remove pre-existing brake dust in the barrel and rid them of leftover 3M adhesive still hanging on from mechanics during previous wheel balances. I can not begin to thank John and the Team at LNT for their quick responses, prompt appointment, expert repair, and most notably John's extra efforts to clean up the barrels and remove the stubborn weight adhesive remnants. They truly do qualify as the go-to resource for a club such as the BMW CCA and all of the other various high-end cars they regularly work with. I would also like to note that unlike the major chains, most notably Alloy Wheel Repair, LNT is a small & local business. Their personable interactions, focus on customer satisfaction, and extra steps to go beyond just the repair and task at hand truly should be the main driving factor to support them over the competition. read more

I had a very expensive Mercedes AMG two piece wheel that was bent on the inner rim by a pothole impact. Luke at LNT has developed a great piece of equipment to for repairing such wheels. Can't say enough good things about the work provided by Luke and his crew at LNT Service. Had a rashed front wheel and could not stand looking at it. Did some research (thanks Google) and sent LNT a text with the photo of the wheel attached. Luke returned my text with a call within 10 minutes, Price quote was reasonable for the damage shown and we set up an appointment date. Prior to that date Luke was on top of the service, calling about a week before to see if I might be available to have my repair done early. About four weeks ago, I hit a pothole coming home from Doylestown. My tire almost immediately went flat. AAA put the spare on and told me the rim was damaged. I called LNT based on the great reviews on Yelp. The reviews were SPOT ON! I spoke with Luke who directed me to one of his mobile sites closer to my home in KofP. Dropped my tire off to a polite and professional young man who said that they would look it over and get back to me in the morn. Got a call from Luke in the am and he explained that the rim was beyond repair. He offered to get a new one for me but explained that, if beauty wasn't paramount, I could probably find a slightly used rim for less (which I did.) He also said "no charge" for taking the tire apart and inspecting the damage. How great was this?! I had never done business with this company before, yet they were so kind and generous with their time and recommendations. What a great experience!! I had a bent wheel on my Mercedes C300 and needed it repaired. My tire shop had previously told me that it would take two days to repair, but when I called LNT I was told they could fix it in my driveway in about an hour! I made an appointment and Donnie came to my house to do the repair in his very clean and well equipped truck. Donnie checked all four of my wheels and found the one that was bent. He then repaired it by putting the wheel back into round. Everything was done in an hour, just as promised. Donnie could not have been nicer and more professional. He let me watch and talked me through the whole process. The car now runs great with no bump, bump, bump from the bent wheel! It is a nice smooth ride again. I will use LNT if I ever bend a wheel again. I highly recommend them. If you have a bent wheel, going with LNT is a no brainer as they are faster and less expensive than doing this service through a tire shop or dealer. They most likely use LNT anyway!
