He used a different product the 2nd time and then sealed it. No extra charge for the additional visit and time. He also re-grouted and sealed around our shower making certain to match the tile grout. He insisted on sticking with his original quote. He also cleaned my oriental carpet and I was very happy with the results. Albert is very professional, shows up on time, and does an excellent job.

Six weeks later, I still have not gotten the bottles back even though I repeatedly asked the owner Paul and he agreed to return them. UPDATE: I found the items today at my gate, and was so happy I photographed them. Paul corrected the glitch from one of his staffers, and went the extra mile to do so. Looks like they intend to go the distance and stay in business for many years to come, by exceeding customer expectations.

Carlos is an extremely professional and a nice guy. He cleaned the carpet and walls for my entire house and that alone immediately brightened the vibe. The carpet was fluffy and so clean, I'll never go back to renting a rug doctor. Due to the nice work with my carpets, I also had him clean a white couch that needed refreshing. Not only did it look refreshed...it looked brand new like when I first purchased it. My spot cleaner just doesn't do justice compared to professional cleaning. In addition to carpet cleaning, Carlos is very connected to the community and has helped me several times with additional help and resources...quickly.
