I declined. The computer was returned reassembled, so I couldn't immediately verify the components. At home, I discovered the original RAM was missing. I called the shop; a junior tech said the owner had done the work and promised a follow-up -- which never happened. To test the system, I installed a single 8GB RAM stick, and the computer POSTed and booted immediately, working perfectly. I then installed two 8GB Crucial RAM sticks, restoring full functionality.
