He was on time and provided a quote based off of our final selection. Two guest bedrooms and the master were to be converted from carpet to laminate wood flooring at our house in Princeton, TX. On the day of the install, the head installer (Baltazar) showed up on time. It took him two days to complete the job. Couldn't be happier! Very friendly and professional! She can't see the difference, clearly there is a difference but she doesn't want to see it. Oh it's like pulling teeth. Dry and brash. Oh I dislike people who can't accept when they are wrong.

I was advised that the carpet would be appropriate with pets, but its condition is so poor that it can no longer be vacuumed due to the strings that have pulled out. Nine months later, my carpet needs replacing. All About Floors refused to replace the carpet or help me in any way. I am now faced with the cost of replacing of over 1000 feet of carpet, ten months after installation. If you go to All About Floors, don't expect them to take any responsibility for the work once it's done.
