What stood out most was how flexible and responsive they were throughout the process. Whenever we wanted to make adjustments, they adapted quickly and worked with us rather than making the process difficult. The final result exceeded our expectations. The cabinets completely transformed the kitchen, and we are extremely happy with the quality, appearance, and overall finished look. The space feels much brighter, more modern, and more refined. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a cabinet company that combines good design advice, flexibility, attention to the customer's needs, and excellent final results.

We are absolutely over the moon with how our kitchen turned out. Reza and his team were professional, respectful, trustworthy, and incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. We felt completely comfortable having them in our home, which meant so much to us. This was a big job, with approximately 50 doors and drawers that needed to be hand-painted, along with the cabinet refinishing. The entire process was seamless and was completed in about 5 days, with an incredible attention to detail. We also have a senior, homebound family member living with us, and the team was exceptionally considerate of her needs. They took extra care to keep the house as well-ventilated as possible and minimize any exposure to fumes. Their thoughtfulness and respect went above and beyond what we expected. The pricing was very comparable to the other quotes we received, but the quality of the workmanship, professionalism, communication, and care truly set Reza Custom Cabinets apart. We highly recommend Reza Custom Cabinets! If you're considering having your cabinets painted or refinished, don't hesitate to call them. We are thrilled with the results and so happy we chose Reza and his team!

Heidi, the owner, has clearly built an exceptional team that is easy to work with and consistently delivers high-quality results. She is very hands-on and was a pleasure to communicate with throughout the project.  I especially want to highlight Jai, Joseph, and EV Granites. They all far exceeded my expectations. Jai, the project coordinator, was fantastic. She answered every question promptly, quickly arranged for a replacement part that was damaged during shipping, and stayed on top of every surprise that came up during demolition. She always provided clear options and kept the project moving smoothly. Joseph installed the cabinets at an impressive pace while maintaining exceptional quality. His attention to detail was outstanding. He even reinstalled a few cabinets (which meant redoing the work) to ensure everything was perfectly level. The final result speaks for itself. EV Granites did an amazing job with the countertop. They measured everything with precision, created perfect templates, and made excellent use of every inch of the granite slabs. They were friendly, answered all my questions, and worked efficiently to get the project completed quickly. The entire project was wrapped up in just a couple of weeks, which completely surprised me. I had been worried because similar projects often take months. When Heidi and Jai first shared the timeline, I was skeptical (as contractors often overpromise), but Pure Cabinets did the opposite. They beat their already aggressive timeline. It was a refreshing experience.  I wish I could find a general contractor with the same level of professionalism, reliability, and customer focus. This is an amazing company filled with nice people who truly put the customer at the center of everything they do. I couldn't be happier with the final result. The kitchen looks fantastic, and I'm already looking forward to working with Pure Cabinets again on projects at my other properties. Highly recommend this top-rated team!

I cannot stress enough how much of a mistake it was to choose San Diego Custom Cabinets for our kitchen cabinets on an Encinitas project. The workmanship is absolutely appalling (bad). The cabinets started showing signs of wear and tear within just a year. Some panels (dishwasher) corroded and started peeling. The gaps between panels were uneven and unsightly at time of build but especially over time became worse, and to top it all off, the cabinets have actually changed color over time, going from a dark brown (walnut) to a tiger orange. It's obvious all materials were of the cheapest and lowest quality, but beyond that the company's response to these issues was to push back and simply state the warranty period had expired. I should add, it was not only the faces of the cabinets that failed miserably, but the boxes were poorly constructed, including cheap/failing hardware (like the trash pull out which constantly fails (hardware becomes loose and needs to be manually tightened monthly). At this point, we've had no choice but to demolish the entire cabinetry system. We have incurred massive costs (since prices have dramatically changed) and our clients are displaced during this demo period. I'm beyond disappointed with this purchase and this company and would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. As a company and brand, we will not be working with SD Custom Cabinets in the future. We will not be endorsing them. And if actual or prospective clients ask for our vote of confidence or recommendation, we will point them to this review.

We also met with two other local/national companies to back up our ultimate decision. One of those was easy to let go of - the person who visited our house had strange personal habits and felt comfortable sitting on our bed and brushing pencil eraser bits onto our pillows. The second one came really close, and it was a hard final decision. They offered a different approach than Tailored and there were strong points to both. In the end, the connection we made with the designer, Nick, and his willingness to dive into the challenge, won us over. With our input, he came up with really great custom concepts including an entryway closet that had a couple elements that they don't typically do. One was an area where mail could drop from the mail slot, and the other was slide out shoe trays. We still look at those and smile. The on-site installers were great. The lead installer Cassidy was our main point of contact and did a great job. We'd done some other renovation prior to the closets, and our expectations for communication were formed by those other contractors. He was respectful throughout the install, patient with our questions, and always let us know what to expect. Personally, I also appreciated the way he worked with the other installers, too. He looked like a good mentor for the others. Kudos to him and the rest of the team, Luis, Kevin and Ismael. I'll be surprised if Luis isn't in a leadership role there soon! The installation was so professionally done, with plumb walls and level shelves, that it revealed how unlevel our flooring is. When that left some gaps, the company recommended a solution to mask that without changing the original design. Cassidy came back out, assisted by Victor, and made those updates in just a few hours. Overall, this was a great experience, and we recommend the company.

With a large project like a kitchen remodel, there are always going to be questions, concerns, and things that come up along the way. What impressed us most was how responsive, professional, and genuinely invested the owner was in making sure we were happy with the final result. He listened to our concerns, took them seriously, communicated with us directly, and went above and beyond to make things right. It is rare to find an owner who is so accessible and truly cares about his customers and the reputation of his business. His willingness to step in personally and make sure we felt heard and taken care of made a huge difference in our experience. Customer service says so much about a company, especially when it comes to how they handle situations when things don't go exactly as planned. Wholesale Cabinets has an owner who clearly stands behind his company and his work, and that deserves recognition. We are very appreciative of the way he treated us and would absolutely recommend Wholesale Cabinets based on the level of care and customer service we received. Thanks Liad! Unfortunately, things began to fall apart shortly before finalizing my cabinet order. My final renderings were never properly completed. One entire room was missing from the plans, and major updates that were requested - including switching from frameless to framed cabinets (which affects cabinet sizing) - were never reflected in the drawings. It became very difficult to get in touch with anyone to finalize the order or receive updated plans. Eventually I went into the store in person, where Liad offered to "fix and finalize" everything on the spot. He manually drew out the new layout and entered the order on his phone, assuring us he was taking care of everything. However, no formal layout, purchase order, item list, cabinet sizes, or updated renderings were ever provided. I was told we could rely on the existing renderings and that getting formal updates from the designers would take too long. After paying, we heard nothing until my contractor informed me that cabinet boxes were being delivered. The delivery arrived without any paperwork, purchase order, or layout for my contractor and cabinet installer to reference. Once installation began, we discovered multiple issues: missing items, incorrect cabinet sizes, missing panels, and accessories that were the wrong size. Trying to resolve these problems was extremely frustrating. It was again difficult to reach Liad until we went back into the store. He repeatedly asked us to provide a list of what needed to be fixed, but that was difficult because we were never given a purchase order or layout showing what was actually ordered. What stood out most was the change in demeanor. Conversations that were initially helpful became defensive and dismissive. At one point he even questioned whether our installers "knew what they were doing," and suggested modifying cabinets to make incorrectly sized accessories fit instead of addressing the ordering mistakes. At this point I have had to purchase replacement panels, shelves, and accessories out of pocket from another cabinet store just to keep the project moving. Both my contractor and cabinet installer -- as well as staff at the other cabinet supplier -- were shocked by the experience and confirmed that this is not how a cabinet ordering process should work. My advice if you choose to work with this company is to triple-check everything and get all documentation in writing before paying. Make sure you receive final drawings, a purchase order, item numbers, and cabinet dimensions. It's unfortunate to have such a stressful experience during what should be an exciting part of a home remodel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. There are many other cabinet suppliers that provide clearer communication and proper documentation.

The design was supposed to include a pullout/rollout mechanism with hidden hinges on both sides so the two doors could open fully for access to the back storage area. Jay also agreed he would patch a hole in the floor tile caused by removing the old framework that C&C did not do. When installer Greg arrived in April, he quickly determined the design wouldn't work. The hinges would be exposed, there was no functional wheel slide-out, and the unit was undersized. Jay then convinced my wife to switch to a single-piece unit that was supposed to be delivered today (June 20, 2026). Since then, C&C has gone completely silent. Multiple calls and texts have gone unanswered, including my text directly asking Jay to refund our $1,091.25 [I mistakenly texted Jay it was $900] deposit. In advance of the install, I spent $450 to have the floor tile professionally patched up based on their commitment. We are now out $1,541.25 ($1,091.25 deposit + $450 floor repair), with no product, no resolution, and no communication. Jay's initial assurances about the build and the floor repair never materialized, and the company has simply stopped responding. I have already filed complaints with the California Attorney General, BBB, and Consumer Affairs. I strongly advise others to avoid C&C. The sales promises do not match the reality of their work, and getting your deposit back appears very difficult once things go wrong.

I even did a little extra ChatGPT-ing on pricing, and everything checked out there too.
