I highly recommend Hard Rock Tile & Stone. I worked with Tom Cruse, Oscar and Billy all true professionals and damn good at what they do. They were doing a neighbor's bathroom so I had them give me a quote for new kitchen quartz countertops and tile backsplash. They are competitive, helpful and flexible with me when it came to materials, scheduling and even let me use there contractors discount to order luxury tile they did not carry. I have high expectations and a vision for my kitchen and they delivered. I will be using them again when we update our bathrooms. Highly Recommend.

This is my new, beautiful and elegant kitchen. The Granite is beautiful. I now have tons of counter top work space.

When we began our kitchen remodel, I had my heart set on Granite. I had picked out the particular stone, Titanium Granite, and began my normal habit of getting quotes. My husband and I visited every Granite place in the Miramar area. Half of those, we did not like because they were high pressure. Their Titanium was also orange, not silver. The other half were so expensive, I was ready to settle for human made counter tops. We visited a very large Granite Distributor and I found the perfect Titanium Granite. We took this information to Tom and quite quickly, I had those 2 slabs in my kitchen. We had no idea what we had to do to get this Granite, nor did we know how much we needed. One Granite place told me I need 3, maybe 4 slabs,,,there goes my Granite. Tom took my husband's exact measurements and layout of our kitchen and managed to manipulate the Granite so we only needed 2 slabs with very little Granite left over from Fabrication, which we also received. Hard Rock beat EVERYONE's prices, right out the door without negotiating. Tom sent Oscar over to make the "mold." Oscar was amazing in that, he agreed with me and not my husband about the ledge. I thought there should be Granite on the two ledges in the kitchen, my husband just wanted to tile them with backsplash. Oscar, without my prompting, said, "You know, that would look better with Granite." My husband LOVED that idea and Tom made it work for us. I was right, it is gorgeous. On Granite delivery day, Oscar was back with an assistant. While they were here for awhile putting in my Granite, it did not seem to take more than an hour or so. It was more like 6 hours, this is just how good these guys are. Oscar is an artisan, just the same as Tom, with an attention to detail. Tom laid out the blank slabs so the pattern flowed and did not look disjointed. Oscar had the same thing. I would never have considered the middle island slab's placement, if not for Oscar. He had me look at the slab and asked me which side I wanted and where. One side was heavily riddled with light color, the other side was dark. The assistant and I agreed how we thought it should be placed and Oscar agreed. We have had the Granite for a week now and not a single problem. We have an overhang eating area and it is sturdy. I was a Purchasing Manager my whole life and I always check multiple places prior to purchase. Since I already did this, I can tell you, if you are looking for tile or stone, Hard Rock will be the place from which you will end up getting your beautiful items.

Dan and Tom just remodeled our shower and vanity. They were awesome!! Dan helped me pick out and coordinate the tile and counter tops with the existing floor and Tom made sure the execution went smoothly! Very happy and highly recommend them!

They just completed my full kitchen remodel, flooring throughout our entire house, two bathroom vanities, and several plumbing upgrades in our laundry room & bathrooms. The kitchen was a complete gut and I am so thrilled about the results!! We had so many questions before and throughout the process and they were always so patient with us. Livan and Vivian (the project managers) were consistently available to answer all of our questions, they helped us work within our budget, they showed up to our house on numerous occasions to check on the work being done and they definitely helped us feel comfortable with no upsales or pressure. Their workers we're also very professional, they all worked nonstop throughout the entire day, and even came in on the weekend to meet their deadlines. We will forever be greatful for everyone's help and gudiance. Thank you so much Alpha Kitchen & Bath!! we absolutely love how everything came out. Hope to call you back soon for future projects. I hired them to install a waterfall-style counter back in June 2021. Barely a year later, the waterfall cracked for no clear reason. They came out again in July 2022 to repair it, but the job was subpar. I noticed that between the waterfall backing and the side of the cabinet. It wasn't flush at all. Which I'm assuming that it allowed the water fall to slide inward more than 90 degrees, thus putting strain at the joint. But I am not a professional installer. It took them until August 22, 2022, to actually address this crack and I was assured the issue wouldn't happen again, however nothing was done to fill the gap with sub board to prevent inward movement of the granite. Unfortunately, it did again crack. A third crack appeared on April 22, 2023. I reached out multiple times via email and phone, only to be completely ignored. No callbacks, no emails, nothing from their receptionist or customer service team. Then, in May 2025 -- the worst-case scenario happened -- the waterfall slab literally fell off the counter. It nearly injured my child, grazing his arm as it collapsed. This wasn't just poor workmanship; it was dangerous. I've given them multiple chances over the years to make this right, but the lack of accountability and disregard for customer safety is unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone if this is still their current practice and to avoid at all costs.

They take no responsibility for their mistakes and will say all the problems are because of your house. Martha is a combative sales rep and has no interest in being fair or ethical in her customer service. The owner, Weiss, is no better. He doesn't honor their warranty. They reluctantly came out 3 times to attempt to fix their mistakes and my counters still aren't close to being even. Don't waste your time or money. They should be reported to the better business bureau.

The job took a bit of time to complete because the installer only works half days, but I easily overlooked that because I cared more that the job was done right. After completion I realized the cabinet face frames were not covered in any laminate material. They were left bare leaving the wood exposed and prone to damage. When I finally got in contact with Lynn (first I messaged Tom and I believe Glen(?) with no response) she stated that face frames are considered a part of the interior cabinet which is not included in their refacing process and that the refacing only includes exterior surfaces. My question is, If this was not included in the process, then why remove the old face frame material, only to leave the wood bare. If refacing the frame was not included, then don't remove what is currently there, especially if the cabinets are being refaced the same color. Furthermore, the old face frames on those particular cabinets were still in good condition. This makes no sense to me and I simply cannot recommend this company with such lack of morality and care.

They are a nice family business, and they have seamless coordination between the designer, cabinet installer, and stone installer. You won't run into a situation where gaps are left between subcontractors. 2. There were no hidden fees or unreasonable change orders. The final price was exactly what was initially quoted. 3. We chose Dekton for the countertop, which is fabulous but also known to be harder to fabricate and install. Our countertop was so masterfully completed; the grain patterns all matched up and fit together perfectly. 4. Marlene, the cabinet designer, has vast knowledge of products on the market, which gives her the capability to create ideas for non-standard options. 5. Carlos and the cabinet installers, were so multi talented, they did custom carpentry work per customer's wish, and also electrical connections and drywall finish, all with good quality. 6. Celia, the schedule controller had clear communication for the timeline, no over promise, all realistic, no back and forth changes, which makes it easy for the customers to plan their schedule around the construction. Overall, I wanted to highly recommend SD Cabinets and Stone to potential customers.
