After searching for about a month, I found Natacha thru a referral, and lord am I grateful!!! This was my first time embarking into the world of weaves, so I was nervous about how natural it would look and the comfort level of a sew-in. Before I made my actual appointment, Natacha brought me in for a consult and discussed the weave process with me, how it would protect and grow my hair under the sewn-in, and how the leave out would also be cared for and protected. After almost 2 hours of answering all my million and one questions, she gave me suggestions of where to buy good weave based on the style I wanted (I asked because I hadn't the slightest clue) and booked my hair appointment. Fast word to appointment day...I was so excited based on the initial consultation, and Natacha DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I was extremely pleased that she books appointments one person at time, so you don't feel like your waiting forever in between for others to get their hair done too. Natacha made the entire experience pleasant, talking to me about what she she was doing the entire time. Once she was done, I couldn't believe how F-ING AMAZING my hair looked! (Que 45 minutes of selfies and videos) She did an outstanding job at not only laying the weave flat so my hair didn't look bulky, but blending my leave out seamlessly. MY HAIR LOOKED GOOD! Before leaving, Natacha made sure talk to me about how to care for my new hair style, and products needed to do so. Apparently moldy, smelly weaves is a thing, so I listened and took all the notes like a good student. 6 weeks later...MY WEAVE STILL LOOKS FRESH AND SMELLS GREAT. Still getting compliments left and right! Natacha has got some SERIOUS TALENT. WORTH EVERY DAMN PENNY. I will be a repeat costumer. So I'm disappointed you decided to put some of them back up again in an attempt to further destroy my character and negatively influence how businesses perceive me on this platform. As a result, I will begin to peruse this matter legally. 1st response to Natacha: I will be looking into legal options for the lies and defamatory statements you have publicly made about me. Everything you said is a lie, and I can prove it. I NEVER said I didn't want to pay for a consultation. I asked for the price so I was prepared with the money when I got there. You responded saying you'd waive the fee without me saying anything. I will post screenshots to prove you are lying. I also didn't refuse to take off my hat. Why would I come in for a HAIR consult and not wanna show my hair?? My hair is NOT damaged and I will post a pic taken the morning of our appointment. It's 22 inches and incredibly healthy. Worst of all, you spread lies about me having open sores on my scalp?? That is not only a bold-faced lie, but it's disgusting and incredibly defamatory. Just because I gave you a bad review that you deserved, you attack me personally? You absolutely did NOT spend 1 hr and 35 minutes with me. YOU were over 10 minutes late for our 2:30 appointment while I waited outside in the sun. I'll post texts to prove that too. How was I there for 1 hr 35 when I went in at 2:41 and I left at 3:04? That's 23 minutes, which is shorter than our 30 minute consultation time. How dare you! This is proven further since you texted me at 3:09 PM with the name of the hair supplier AFTER I left. I will prove it yet again by posting the text I sent a friend telling her I was still waiting 10 minutes past our appointment time. Still wanna stick with that lie about the time Natacha? When we were done talking, you even looked at your phone and said "oh perfect timing, I have a client in 5 minutes". Please Natacha, pull up security footage from Salon Republic and show the world how fast I left. Our encounter left off on a friendly note with me NOT verbally attacking you and me NEVER begging you to do my hair. You said you'd text me the name of the hair place you recommended. Why would you text me that AFTER I left if I was verbally assaulting you and got kicked out? Please show the footage of us in good spirits and talking friendly while you validated my parking ticket Natacha. You NEVER referred me to a dermatologist either, another lie. You said you wouldn't do the weave because I wouldn't like it. Point blank period. No conversation about the condition of my hair was ever had because there is NOTHING wrong with my hair or scalp. You never even looked at my scalp, just ranted about how you thought I couldn't afford hair. You also never told me you were rejecting me as a client. You said to let you know when I found an extension place I liked, validated my parking, and said "let me know. And that's the God's honest truth. I'm sickened you have chosen to attack my character and even spread lies about my health. You can't make up lies without repercussions. Again, I will be seeking legal advice for these libelous statements you have made. It's egregious and I will do what I can legally to protect myself. (Original Review) I saw Natacha to consult about tape-ins but leaning towards a full sew in so I can protect my hair while I grow it out. Once I asked her about the weave, she told me that she wouldn't do it on me because, in her words, "I don't think you would like it." Hmm... I thought it was up to me to decide whether or not I would like it? I did my research prior; I didn't show up ignorant, but I was treated like it. She then made it seem like the cost of the hair required was going to be a lot, as if that was a problem, which it wasn't. Didn't even matter since she already said she wasn't going to do it, but I was offended she thought money was an issue while knowing nothing about me. When discussing tape-ins, she said she doesn't offer maintenance on them because she can't charge what she feels she should. But she offers application of them...then what? Your client has to go elsewhere after that? Doesn't make sense. I was quite annoyed at that point and eager to leave. Because of this experience, I feared approaching other stylists for a sew in out of fear of rejection. I then saw another stylist and went with a technique I hated and wasted money on hair and services. Fed up, I contacted other stylists to do what I originally wanted. Luckily, I've found many amazing stylists who are more than willing to do my weave without hesitation or false assumptions. There is nothing wrong with my hair and no reason why I was told "no" other than Natacha's desire to think she knows more about me than I do. This should never be how you approach a prospective client, or anybody at all. I do not recommend her.

If you are growing your hair out and a bad cut set you back, or you are dealing with thinning in spots, run to Christine. I had a botched cut about a year ago that I stopped midway through (despite my instructions, turns out the stylist I went to was attempting a layered cut), and it had been growing back unevenly ever since. I was staring down two or three more years of waiting for it all to grow back. I seriously was considering cutting it all off and starting over. I did not want either. Christine changed that in a single appointment. She does keratin extensions, minimally invasive, and she is a genuine artist at it. We started with a consultation weeks back where she checked my color and talked me through everything honestly. No upsell, no pressure, just real care and straight answers. Today she spent about an hour and a half placing the extensions and trimming everything to blend, and the result is exactly what I hoped for. Uniform length, perfect color match, and the thinner areas are masked beautifully while my own hair grows back underneath. What stuck with me as much as the work was watching her in the mirror. She stood behind me checking every detail with her fingers, and she was smiling, genuinely proud of what she had just done. That tells you everything. She runs her business herself, she takes the kind of care in her clients that the best people in any field take, and she does it all with honesty and integrity. If you need someone you can trust with your hair, this is her. I cannot recommend her highly enough. This is my first experience with hair extensions. I am overjoyed. And I am ever so happy to have found Christine, and I am looking forward to trusting her with my hair going forward.

Great for simple extensions, not very good for whole head extensions…read more My gf got a bad haircut and needed extensions, for her whole head. So she went to to the hair extension shop Ashley recommended and got the extensions (about $400), we had no problems with this because it is for her whole head, not just a few streaks, also the quality of the extensions was supposedly better. However it's the way she attached them that is a cheap and slacking way of doing it. Because my gf needed expensions for the whole hair the procedure would be more complex, with the long width extension ur suppose to split open the fake hair and insert ur own hair in and glue them together, that way they STAY, but what Ashley basically did was just staple the fake hair onto the real hair, so there were actually spaces and gaps in between the hair, each time she brushes the extensions would start falling out little by little Within 2 weeks my gfs extensions start coming loose and falling out of her hair. Ashley is a nice person, and I believe she spent about 4-5 hours that night for the job, And I'm not judging the way she works kus I'm not an expert on girly extensions, but when u just blew 700 for a hairdo that does not last, well that leaves a sour taste to ur mouth I'm sure Ashley does a great job doing the simple extensions, but if u need to do ur whole hair, u probably need to look elsewhere. Call and ask around The hair salon is intimate, you get personal attention without having to deal with the group of gossiping women. You can listen to pandora radio, watch Netflix on a big screen or look at the magazines she has. She does a number of types of extensions and you can book online for convience. I was amazed at the one negative review! Ashley explains in detail how to care for your extensions and does maintaince. Obviously if you use a regular brush, or just brush your hair like normal you'll rip out extensions! If you yank on them non stop.. They will come out. I'm super active, style my hair in crazy styles all the time and still have had no problems with my hair. She is more professional and skilled at the trade than anyone I have met. Even when I get my hair done for a special occasion, other hair stylists are impressed at the quality of my extensions. Maintaining my extensions is as easy as having my own hair. I have been doing micro links and have had people compliment my hair at least 3 times a week, In all of the people who have asked and complimented my hair , the only and best compliment is "omg your hair is so beautiful how did you grow it out like that" not once has someone asked if they were extensions...even with bright colors in my hair! Be honest! Tell her exactly what you want. Hair is not cheap and you cant expect Hair to your waist for a hundred bucks, but you can save up and take really good care of your hair so you only pay for maintanance and not new hair every time
