I have tons of white hair. So we had discussed slowly lightening my dark brown hair since eventually I am going to have to go white. Well needless to say, it was not what I expected. It was like a shiny penny but very uneven. The bottom of my hair was so much darker and the top had pieces that were almost golden blond reddish. Very strange looking. This was the first time I had decided to go to another color. I felt sad that I had damaged my hair because it also seemed so fried, especially in the front and sides. I had experienced telogen effluvium with my hair in late 2020 and had lost so so much. I was depressed. I needed help. I had read wonderful reviews about a woman named Noushin on my neighborhood appt, "nextdoor". I called and made an appointment for a consult with her. She gave me hope. She explained all that she would do. I scheduled to see her on the weekend. That appointment went by in a whirl. She worked so efficiently and quick. So gentle and kind. Constantly asking me if I needed anything. Not one spot of color on my face or neck. No need to clean anything off. When she took the towel off I was shocked. My hair did not look like stringy taffy and the color was lovely. She had taken out all of the brassiness and orange. The color was even. Before she dried it, it felt soft. After she dried it, it felt soft. I truly wanted to cry in relief. I now know where my future in hair coloring lies. I will go to no one else but Noushin. I feel blessed that I found her.

Deborah was absolutely amazing. First, the customer service. I texted her the morning of my…read moreappointment asking her if she could take me an hour earlier, and she did without question! Then, when I arrived, rather than just jumping in she actually took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve, then took a look at my hair and made her recommendation. While she was applying the keratin she told me everything she was doing and how I should care for it once I got home and over the next few days. She also gave me tips on how to get healthier hair and to get my hair to grow again. She also is very health conscious and while applying the keratin (although it didn't smell or let off any fumes) she has three fans going and an air purifier / ventilator. I told her I had asthma so she even gave me a face mask and a cloth to cover my mouth / eyes in case the treatment bothered me at all (which it didn't!) I am moving back to the east coast at the end of the year but I will absolutely make an appointment with Devorah any time I am back in LA. I've been doing keratin treatments for about 5 years and this is by far the best service I've ever received.

I took my elementary school age daughter here today for a cut and they did a fantastic job. She's not one to sit still but they were cool with her using a fidget toy while they cut her hair. They explained the process and most important they listened to her and what she wanted. Her hair looks great (or Slay as she says) The vibe here is rad as well.
