I've been coming to Jennifer for almost 5 years now and initially, I had another salon doing my extensions, which I ended up having a bad experience and so Jennifer literally fixed my hair from that previous experience. I see her every 4 months, so I'm a regular client. She is a true professional and an expert with extensions. The quality of the hair is the best I've ever had and she is meticulous with the application and removal of extensions. It totally shocks me there's only one review on here and it's negative. All I can say is no one wants to cop up to their hair extensions and with Jennifer you don't have to! Seriously, I am not one of "those" chicks in LA who wanted to run around with cheap blonde hair extensions, I'm an actress- I did it for work and I was majorly freaked out about it. When I heard the price I was a little put off because, hey my girlfriend just got extensions for like, four hundred bucks at her house and the girl usually charges a thousand. Yeah, whatever. Here's the real deal Jennifer uses Russian Virgin hair - what that means is it's never been dyed. Her assistant (who's really cool and beautiful) pick out three different hair colors your hair looks totally lush and real. I'm totally obsessed. My whole life I've had shiiiittty thin hair and now I have lush hair. I started booking acting jobs immediately and I gotta admit it's the damn hair. I had the worst experience in My life. Jen also known as Jennifer ruined my hair she put extensions on knowing well that I wasn't supposed to have them because my hair was too short but she didn't care and put them on anyway and they were very heavy and uncomfortable I literally lost 3 inches of my hair I was bald I want everyone to know not to go to this place Jen was nice at first but took all my money did not give me my refund and I had to go around looking ugly for three years. This had nothing to do with Covid this was before Covid I never had a chance to put anything on her because I didn't know but now that I know I am warning everyone out there. I have been going to Celebrity Extensions, for over 3 years. My hair is very curly and won't grow long anymore. Because of Jen, I don't have to constantly mess with it to make it look good, i.e., I can style it in the morning and know it's going to look fine all day. I needed to get extensions for my wedding, and with a lot of planning ended up being short on time. Even though they had packed schedule, Jen and Julie made sure to fit me in for the consultation; since I knew nothing about extensions, I knew it's a must, but I was doubtful about $25 fee - however, it is worth every single penny : whereas other places treat this step as simply with 'oh, whatever, you want it or not?' kinda attitude; Jen goes through every step with you, answers even silly questions, gets you samples of hair, and she even let my sister try on some clip-ons, while she was waiting. No pressure once or ever, and she is just so friendly and lovable! She does her work fast - which is a plus; and results are gorgeous. My family and close friends were saying :"it's just like real!", I guess with some "specialists" it's not always the case; and the rest were like : "oh, your hair grows so fast!" - they didn't even guess its extensions! When I replied that I am a new one, she refused to reply. What a F'n B. If you only remove extensions of people who you've placed extensions on, then write that on your website rather than having a price listed for hair extension removal without any stipulations listed. In reply to her response: who knows if you're telling the truth about that... all I know is you replied at 1:30am with a rude response to a customer's email that was sent at 7pm. I don't know how anybody can say anything bad about Celebrity extensions. I have had my extensions there twice now and have been very happy with the results. Jen takes the time and attention so you really feel taken care of. I went back in 2 months and she even did a completely free freshen up and sent me home with a satin pillow case and shampoo. I get compliments every day about my hair because it looks so real. I am an actress and it is important that my hair not look fake and Jen makes sure that when you leave the salon you only look more beautiful, and the hair really looks and feels like my own. I planned to wait a week before writing my review, so I could give a honest account of both the service and quality of product. Jennifer is great. She possesses advanced product knowledge, is frank about pricing, and is thoughtful about which of her products are right for you or not (if even at all). It takes a few hours, so it's an added bonus that Jennifer is personable! Here is the deal, ladies...a quality application of extensions is expensive. Jennifer is not cheap. I had extensions applied in a regular salon once and had them removed in less than a month because they were obvious. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I'm a bit more on the conservative side, so I didn't want super long extensions, but I definitely added a few inches of length and a lot of fullness. Only two of my incredibly observant friends commented that my hair looked a lot longer. The rest of my friends and colleagues have just complemented me on how pretty my hair looks. In the ultimate test of Jennifer's work and product, my mom's radar eyes didn't notice I had extensions in. So, unless you go from a pixie cut to Jennifer Lopez tresses in a matter of a few hours, the product looks natural. For what it is worth from someone only a couple of weeks into this, I thought I might share a couple of tips as well. I am glad I got a wash and style in before an important event. If you can time it right, try to do the same. My first style with my new locks didn't go as well as the next one did because I was getting used to the extensions. I already had long'ish hair, so I highly recommend that you give yourself time to get used to your extensions before an important outing...especially if you're not used to styling long hair. Also, the ends of your extensions are going to be a bit brittle (they haven't been receiving the natural oils our bodies produce for a while). Make sure you're keeping them conditioned. Jennifer will go over all of this with you, but it's really important to listen. I use an Instyler to curl my hair, but you MUST be careful not to pull on the extensions. I was already used to using that tool, so maybe stick to a curling iron to create your curls. Also, be prepared to give your hair a couple of hours (or more) to air dry as much as possible. The less heat, the better. One last thought to an already incredibly long review (again...these are expensive, so it matters)...while I haven't experienced removing the extensions yet or seen what my natural hair looks like post this endeavor, I'm not concerned at the moment about damage. Why? Ironically, I'm treating my natural hair better after adding extensions. Less heat (because the extensions keep the curl), less washing and drying out my hair, and I'm also far more careful about tugging on my hair because I don't want the extensions to fall out. read more

We have laughed, cried, vented, and celebrated together the last 3 years while having the most perfect head of hair. My extensions are flawless and I get constant compliments about looking like I always walked out of a salon. I first came to Jen when my hair thinned out due to radiation. I have been a client of Jen's since February 2016 and am now wearing fourth batch of hair as of yesterday. I have absolutely LOVED every set of hair I've had. Jen is essentially the MD of hair and hair extensions. My hiar bio: I have thin, whispy hair that no matter what miracle hair growth shampoo and vitamins i used, it would not grow past a certain length or thicken. I am extremely pleased with my extensions!!! Being a cancer survivor my hair was a thin mess after treatment and wasn't getting any better with new growth. I tried other extensions which looked all right for a while but seemed to be causing additional hair loss after six months and the locks could be seen when the wind blew through my hair. I have been a customer of Celebrity Extensions for approximately 6 1/2 years, and making the decision to wear Jennifer's patented "A Track" extensions was the best decision I ever made. I initially learned about Celebrity Extensions from the website, and I was absolutely amazed at the before and after pictures.
