On the spot did a "full" detail on my truck had it for about 5-6 hours and looked like a misters car wash granted it was free to me from the dealership to fix their mess up, on the spot was still paid for my truck but I was very disappointed with the detail. Tons of dust in all the cracks of my panels and air vents still, no leather conditioner was used, my windows were done poorly covered in smudges, My rims look like they were not even tried on, engine bay wasn't even touched. PLUS I got it back with paint chips on my door which I know weren't there because like I said I had just gotten my truck back from the dealership were they painted that exact door a week before. I have used another detailer the last 8 years I will be sticking with J&SONS MOBILE DETAILING.

Lol Other businesses had voicemails that said they'd call me back-days passed and U never got a callback. This place was professional from the call down to the application to the last tint on my window. Shop is clean. Tint My Ride is a great place! Plus, they are open on Saturdays-bonus if you work during the week. Seems like a lot of places in Santa Fe are closed on the weekends. Waiting area is small (4 chairs), but adequate because the owner works fast. There is a nice tv to keep you company if you are a tv watcher. Location easy to find. Plenty of parking.

My car has…read morelong been overdue for cleaning...and in my mind..was simply so filthy from all the dust and fur from frequent rides and shuttling my dogs to places! While my dogs didn't judge how fithy my car was...I as an owner felt pretty embarrassed and ashamed how poorly my car's maintenance and cleanliness were. I was able to schedule my appointment online...and even when I called them the day before my appointment that I needed to reschedule my appt last minute..they didn't make a big deal out of a hassle I caused. I knew my car would take a long time to clean/detail...and I just wanted to make sure I wasn't too tight on my time and that the car could be thoroughly cleaned. On the day of my appointment, Anthony (#2!) helped take a look at my car and quoted a price that was acceptable to me. He was very honest with the condition of my car and gave me a realistic timeframe on how long it may take them to clean my car. I ended up rescheduling it the next day since I had a meeting to attend and it would take a while to get it thoroughly clean. On the day of, Anthony was super flexible. He even showed up 30 min earlier before the shop open to wait for me. After I dropped my car off, he dropped me off to whichever location I wanted to go...and even picked me up when my car was done! So convenient..and I got to relax and not wait in an office while waiting for the car to be cleaned, too! It took almost all day to clean my car...since it was soooo filthy! (hey...I'm not really a car person..and thus never seriously cleaned my car..since it was going to get ruined by my dogs so frequently). But..when I saw my car after they cleaned it...WOWWWW is an understatement. I think it looked even much better than when I bought my car used/secondhanded from an online marketplace! The owner Anthony (#1) was also just as pleasant to talk to as Anthony (the guy who led cleaning of my car!. I would definitely love to use this business again when I need my car cleaning shenanigans done. They do a lot of things based on my conversation with them...regular cleaning, dog/dust cleaning, hazmat cleaning, etc. Talk to them and see what may suit you. He asked what I needed done, the main need was having the interior carpeting in my vehicle cleaned, he said he was able to handle it, so we made an appointment. He gave a very reasonable flat rate for my 2012 TOYOTA RAV4 and, boy, did he come through with a quality job! He came to my house on a Sunday! Crazy, right?! I know!
