An attendant took my key & started on it right away. It was finished in a timely manner. When presented with the invoice, there was a $56.99 charge for full service. I told the manager i didn't want all that, just an oil change. He asked, "You just wanted a basic oil change?" I told him yes and he replied, "We don't do basic oil changes," implying that the $57 service charge was standard in addition to the $44 paid for the oil change. Outrageous! Nowhere in the service station did I see any posting that this was standard pricing. So, I then looked at the checklist of items supposedly supplied for this service. The battery was not checked. There was some corrosion around the terminal posts. I asked if these could be cleaned. He told me no, they don't do anything with batteries. Then I noticed that my wiper blades had been "checked," whatever that meant. I knew that my wiper blades needed to be replaced and had just bought new ones at Auto Zone a half-hour before the oil change. So, I asked the manager if his crew could at least replace the wiper blades. He said they could at an additional cost of $14.99 per blade. Like I said, this place is a total rip-off; no real care for customer service, just finding anyway possible to make a buck off unsuspecting customers. Next time, it'll be Walmart for an oil change.

I received a quote online and was also emailed a discount coupon. When we arrived we were given immediate attention and our car was worked on shortly after. The employee did seem to have some trouble locating our online quote, but he may have been new. I also informed him of the coupon we had and that I had just replaced the air filter myself that same morning. We were offered a new cabin air filter for $49 but I declined and ended up replacing it myself for about $19 later that day (it was pretty bad so I'm glad they posted it out). At checkout they already forgot about my coupon but added it and we checked out. It was a rather quick process. Weird thing we noticed afterward was that the sticker they gave to notify us of the next oil change was at a strange mileage. 7430 miles ahead of where we were at. Not sure what that was about.

They kept missing problems and when I found that my coolant was leaking they looked at it for 5 seconds and said matter of factly that it was the radiator. So they replaced that for $500 and that ended up being a complete misdiagnosis because it was a head gasket the whole time. Due to their mistakes I had to drive a completely broken car from Los Alamos to New York. I had to fill up the radiator with coolant every two hours so it didn't overheat and constantly worrying that I wouldn't make it back. It was a nightmare and the car costs more to fix now than it's worth.

I hand them my car key and let them know what I needed done with my vehicle. Then, I go in the small waiting area with a window and pay the cashier for it. They have a snack vending machine there and the bathroom. They are definitely a Quick Stop!...they are super fast! The quickest car oil change I had ever been to. Within 20 minutes, I am out of there. On that waiting duration, they have check your lights, air filter and other things to make sure your car is in a good running condition. Customer service is always excellent and thorough. The Mechanics are very friendly, accurate and quick worker.
