Drs. Christine and Stephanie Do are excellent dentists who provide top of the line care to their patients. I made an appointment for teeth cleaning during COVID and felt completely safe during my visit. My temperature was taken as soon as I stepped inside and all the staff had masks on. The pens at the front desk to sign in were even separated and labeled that they were either "sanitized" or "used." These little details really make the difference during these times. Dr. Christine Do did my teeth cleaning and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. She had her work cut out for her because it had been a while since I'd had a cleaning, but she took the time to detail every step of the procedure to help me feel at ease. Not once did I feel uncomfortable not knowing what was happening and I was extremely happy with the end result. Dr. Christine Do also created teeth whitening trays for me and walked me through every step. She took a mold of my mouth and the following week I received the trays that fit perfectly to my mouth along with the whitening syringes. Dr. Stephanie Do explained the entire whitening process to me and answered all of my questions. This was my first time using a professional-grade teeth whitening and I couldn't be happier with the process and the results. Dr. Do is amazing! She was extremely gentle and knowledgeable. I was in town visiting friends when I accidentally chipped my front tooth. She thoroughly explained everything to me. I never had a dentist spend so much of there time answering my questions and making sure I understood what was going on. Finally made the decision to change my HMO insurance to PPO. BEST move I've made all year. EVERY time I walk into the office, I feel so welcomed...kinda feels like home. ALL the doctors here are very receptive. My eyebrow was itchy, so naturally, I flinched a little and doc stopped the drilly machine so I wouldn't lose all my teeth. My wisdom tooth was hurting, got an appointment the same week. Minimal wait in the waiting room. Doc numbed me, plucked my tooth out like an ingrown hair IN LESS THAN 2 MIN!!!!!!! Late post: Most comforting dental experience I've ever had! I never liked going to the dentist, but ever since I went to Do Dentistry, my fears were subsided. It's like finding the perfect barbershop. Once you find that perfect one, you don't want to go anywhere else. That's how I feel about Do Dentistry. The staff was very professional, attentive, and sincere. I've been to a dental office where the receptionist didn't even acknowledge you; you just sign-in and they'll call your name like the DMV. But the customer service here at Do Dentistry is incomparable. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and the registration process was quick and easy. The establishment is also very clean and satisfactory. Dr. Do is very knowledgeable and very attentive to detail. She also made sure that I was aware of what the procedure will be before each appointment. I just realized Do Dentistry have two locations but I've been visiting their second location on 516 W. Garvey Ave in Monterey Park. Long story short, throughout my entire life with dentist experience has been very difficult. Dr. Do is an OUTSTANDING orthodontist. He was firm with his hands and knows exactly what he needs to do with my teeth. Also the house is always making sure you don't miss your appointment the next day with a reminder phone call. She consistently checks in with you if there is any pain, and takes it at a good pace without making you feel like they are pushing you out the door to see the next client. When I got my filling, she went back to my tooth multiple times to make things cleaner and more even, and this made me feel like she is very dedicated to her craft and is not lazy about what she is doing. Every single thing she does is a reflection of her skills and knowledge, and I felt extremely safe with Dr Stephanie and felt that I could rely on her. Although I did not go to the dentist for awhile until now, she also did not make me feel guilty about that, while also providing the pertinent information about how to uphold and maintain dental hygiene. You will not feel judged at this practice, and they really take care of you well. Ms Helen at the front desk is also extremely diligent. She called me before my appointment to let me know about the parking situation, and she also remembered the questions I had asked about even days after I called. She is handling so many patients I'm sure, but she still remembers my name and my concerns despite me being a rather new patient.
