I came in with a history of awful knee injuries, multiple surgeries followed by iffy recoveries, and little to no faith in the muscles in my lower body. As it Planet Fitness' reputation they really are inclusive and non-judgemental. Love it. But also meeting their reputation, there are always numerous pieces of equipment that are out of order and unusable. I actually had a machine, literally, fall apart while I was using it. I brought the dismantled pieced to the front counter. Please repair the machines Planet Fitness. You owe it to your paying members. They pay to have access to the whole gym and all the machines, not a portion of the machines.
