I showed the lady what I wanted and she asked the other worker if she could draw the designs for her since she knew she enjoys drawing the designs. The girl who was asked to draw them tells me "I have another customer coming - is it okay if it's not clean" and didn't give me a chance to respond, if they couldn't do what I want they should've said so and I would've gotten my money's worth else where. The lady took 2 hours to do clear nails because she didn't know how to draw 3 rainbow like lines. Not to mention, she also got her finger stuck to my skin near my cuticle (which had glue on it) and she pulled away not checking it was in my skin and cut me. On top of all of that, I didn't leave with what I wanted and an unsanitary cut, the worker tells me "if she doesn't want to pay okay clip her nails off." Rather than them offering a free service (as if they cannot afford one crappy nail job), I still had to pay! As you can see in the picture, she didn't even apply the acrylic to the top of my nail bed. So I spent my money and ended up taking them off myself because they were already lifting a day after and they were hideous. read more

I want to give a 5 star because this place is always nice and clean. People speak English and can actually understand what you're saying. They're all friendly. But Anna has no business doing pedicures. My husband had one from her and didn't like it. I took a chance and tried her since G was busy. (He is phenomenal). I paid for the EXTRA 10 minutes of massage and I maybe got 10 minutes total of her running her hand up and down my leg lightly. There was no massage. I almost didn't want to pay the extra because it was a rip off. Most people want the actual massage. Not a hand running up and down your greasy leg. She seemed more occupied by the conversation going on next to me that didn't include her than actually doing her job. I have always really liked this place but today I was unhappy. I had made an appointment as my time was very tight today. My appointment was for 3:45 and I even left work early to get there. I got there at 3:40 and picked out a color and sat down. A girl asked me if my name was Cheryl and I confirmed that it was. I then sat there and waited. And waited. And waited. Finally at 4:05 I got up to ask and verify that my appointment was in fact for 3:45. She confirmed that it was and said they would get me a chair shortly. I thought about canceling right then because I had to be in Tempe at 6:00 (which meant leaving my house at 5:00) and I still had things that needed to get done before I went but I thought I would give it a few more minutes. Finally a guy got up from doing someone else and went to fill a chair with water for me and had me sit down. I thought to myself that it would have been nice to be sitting in the chair getting massaged and letting my feet soak for the past 25 minutes. I went ahead and sat down and he quickly finished the other woman and then came over to start on me. It was 4:17 by this time. The guy did do a good job and he finished at 4:50. I had wanted to get a design but I didn't have time for one so that was a little disappointing. So my advice to anybody would be that if you are pressed for time think twice about going because apparently they overbook. read more
