I was looking to trade a PSA 10 Charizard X from Inferno X toward a sealed case of product. I had recently SOLD the same card in a PSA 10 copy as well to another card shop in the San Gabriel Valley for 80% of market value, so I had a good benchmark. Do We Collectibles offered only 70% TRADE Value. I understand every shop has different margins, but I found the offer to be well below what other local shops are willing to offer, let alone trade. Man, Dowe Collectibles is an amazing TCG shop! Duy himself is chill AF, love the staff very friendly and chill. Very helpful with TCG stuff too, I play Hololive and Pokemon but mostly the latter and they ALWAYS have the cards I need. Always restocked with the best and finest TCG sealed products! Worst location to sell cards to. I had went in earlier today and had $153 worth and was only offered $87 for everything. 1 card itself was worth $84 so to me it felt like disrespect and a big middle finger to the face. Why buy at such a low percentage only to sell at full market if not more than market?? Yeah this place sucks never coming here again. JJs has better rates than this clown shop. High points of this place is that they do have a good range of selections of cards from all eras. Also they do provide top loaders your cards after purchase. Prices are non-negotiable. Picked up 7 vintage cards. I was willing to pick up more but person behind the counter said no with no reasoning. Although I heard him make a deal with the customers previous from me. Maybe I had earwax in my ear? Service was quite cold and transactional. Friendly enough to tolerate you but not quite welcoming. Maybe he was having a bad day or idk. Overall, it's a nice shop. Small and new cardshop located within the Bubble Screen Mobile Repair Center. The staff and service is great in this little shop. They have more singles readily available in the selection than I expected for the size of the shop. My main recommendation for this growing card shop is to improve the street view/parking lot visibility/presence. As I approached, it was not obvious where the shop was located & the suite number 112 is missing from above the door. The staff indicated they plan on having someone make a design and will do the suite number at the same time. Please do the large sign over the door as well. Walking in was a bit unwelcoming. Came in during the daytime. Most of the workers kind of just eye you, then go back to what they were doing. Selection of cards were decent. Looking around was kind of awkward since they all were just doing their own things and asking for prices was a wee bit difficult. Most of the card that were priced/labeled were a bit steep compared to market price to say the least. This applies to any product. I only grabbed a couple things since they had a sale going on so everything was more "reasonable". Not sure if one of the workerwas having a rough day or something but there was for sure some attitude given not sure what's going on with that... Overall the vibe wasn't the best compared to other tcg shops around the area. Was giving them an honest try since it was on my way BUT kind of disappointed me a bit. Not sure if i'll be coming back with the prices and vibes. Good-luck though! read more

- Greeted when i arrived but it felt like an obligation, not out of wanting to provide good service. - I actually had to really initiate conversation which is very unfortunate and actually kind of awkward - As I was asking to check cards out, both employees asked If I were looking to grade cards and said this verbatim "oh all these cards are pre-graded so anything gradable we send out because of the better margins" Ok who tf says that lol? Ok i get its a business so if anyone is coming to the shop and being hopeful to find cards to grade on their own i wouldn't recommend coming here. Overpriced items esp sealed over market. This place quickly became one of my Go-To stops for Pokemon as they have kind, friendly staff that always help out whether it's in-store or asking about cards/product through their Instagram account. They have been constantly improving their stock and their selection has grown into something truly unique! I always feel like I can find a new card whenever I visit. Not to mention there is a huge wall of graded slabs to pick out from! They have always helped me price out cards when I do trade-ins or find something I want to buy and they give a fair value. Visited the shop yesterday with my daughter, she was hunting for One Piece cards, I was hunting for Pokemon. Very friendly and helpful staff. ALOT of high dollar cards on display, more then I could keep track of along with slabs on the wall. Good juice of lower dollar cards in binders. Small gem of a shop. I wish the shop was closer to where we live because of the customer service and selection. But we'll definitely be making the 20 minute drive to visit often. I wanted to sell some cards and it was $14 all together and I they offered me $9 just for all of it the packs were double and sometimes triple the price. Please don't go here to waste your money and plus the worker didnt even know how much the cards were worth they don't put tags they only look it up on their phone and that's it Im never coming back here again. read more

Went here and got a booster box ($50) only to realize it was clearly resealed, from the shrink wrap on the box to the packs that were so obviously ripped from the bottom and repackaged into the box, even some of the cards were damaged so another give away, and of course completely no hits. Was one of the cheaper boxes too so I can't imagine how it is with the Etbs on the shelf. No return policy either so what can you do, don't make the same mistake I did and check the boxes here before purchasing. EDIT: I don't know who Matt is but this is a genuine review, the fact that you'd resort to assuming so just seems more suspicious. It was most certainly resealed I can promise you that. Nowhere was I asked prior to take photos and to be honest I just put the trust in your shop despite how sus the packaging was and here I am now. The packs were so easy to open from the bottom because they couldn't even seal it fully, both the bottom corners of the pack have holes. I doubt that you'll take responsibility for this but it's what happened. Thought the people here were cool so very sad to see read more

Theres this one worker that was there at around 6:30-7 pm on january 22nd making weird noises and humming and moaning and creeping us out and wouldnt greet people who walked in and said no trades as closing time was near closing time. 2nd time here and love the store but will avoid coming when it is closer to closing time for this reason. read more
