Upon arriving, we walked in and was greeted by a manager he let us know we have an hour of play time before we have access to the room. Once had access to the room, we had 20 mins to set up, which our party coordinator, Jada, really showed her strengths. Once the room was set up, our guest were allowed to enter. We had 40 mins to enjoy the snacks we provided and pizza from the venue. We were allowed to bring a cooler and prepackaged foods. We had charcuterie, fruit, drinks, chips, candy and cupcakes. The pizza, fries and chicken tenders were provided by catch air. They do have a full kitchen with many hot items, a limited coffee menu, plenty of cold beverages, ice cream, candy, snacks and cold sandwiches. Overall impressed with the food aspect, the buffalo chicken pizza is worth a try. The bathroom facilities are clean and the play area is expansive. Your kiddos will not run out of things to do regardless of age. The under 4 area was not lacking. They even have a toddler area up on the second play level. Ari took our pics and was extremely professional. Can't recommend this venue enough.

On a fundamental level, I would not recommend having a birthday party here to anybody. Like another…read moreperson said, they rush birthday parties and have not fully trained their staff. This is to no fault of the staff however it was painfully obvious that they had not been trained as there was a lack of consistency from room to room for the birthdays. Staff did not know that decorations could not be taped to the ceiling, staff did not include a happy birthday display for the celebrants, staff did not help clean the room ahead of the next party, and staff were VERY rude to the parents and guess of the celebrant. The process to check in was not bad. I actually like that they put invisible stamps on family members which staff then check upon departure to ensure that you are leaving with the correct child and did not just sneak in unpaid. Overall, the children had a lot of fun playing, however, I would never book a birthday party here for the simple fact that they don't know how to handle them and for the price that they're charging I don't think it's worth it.

It is a no show zone but they have buckets to put your shoes in that you can keep with your party. I like this idea better than the lockers. I like that I can see my things. It has a baby side for toddlers and a big kids side for 4-5+ which I appreciated. There's something for everyone. I loved the baby side, my 1 year old thought it was fun and the big kids side was a blast. It has obstacle courses and a next level soccer field (what?!) it was definitely a cool place to party. The service was good and the girls at the front desk were very pleasant. They have two massive slides that I recommend wearing leggings or swishy pants to go on for the epic side experience. They also have a dance room (not sure if they have bubbles) and games. The only thing they don't have here is trampolines, which I think would bring this place to the next level, for sure. Overall my family enjoyed and we will definitely be back!

The line was long to fill out the registration paperwork to get in and jump on the trampolines etc. I was surprised how expensive this place is $30. per person with a mandatory purchase of the special Sky Zone socks that must be worn in the play areas. My purchase was $146.00 for 90 minutes of play time. The grands had an enjoyable visit here.

Out of 4 times my son has been, he has been shoved off the balls 3 times. Sometimes violently. One of those times, my sons neck had slammed against the edge of the ball pit. He went to a staff member and the staff member said, 'then why do you keep going over there?' Once I found out that this has been happening I went in to talk to management. I spoke with the manager, Kevin. Once face to face with Kevin, all of the gestures of disdain, impatience, and contempt from Kevin were hard to take. It devolved into petty back and forth about who had a worse attitude. With a smile, he informed me that he was not rolling his eyes, he was just moving them from side to side (Like, what are you still doing here?) With a big smile, he told me he was raising his voice over mine and tallking over me because he needs to de-escalate the escelation I was choosing to create. But after about 20 infuriating minutes, he still had not taken down a single fact about what happend to my kid. Somewhere in the confrontation, I was told that they have a zero tolerance bullying policy. But the attitude we've experienced on the ground is, 'I know kids are getting bullied, what do you want ME to do about it?'

There's now a dog park which is super convenient for us on days that we don't feel like driving the additional 10 minutes to Brookhaven Park. The only downside is the parking... on a busy Sunday midday on a temperate winters' day all of the fields, tennis courts, playground, etc. were in full use. We had to park in the neighborhood and do a short walk, but at least there was a sidewalk. The nearby street that connects Dresden to Buford Highway had clearly posted No Parking signs. The dog park is a short walk from the parking lot. The paths around the park were all recently paved. There are divided sections for large and small dogs (30 lbs and under). While it isn't nearly as big as Brookhaven, and doesn't have grass (it's mostly concrete, soft mulch, and pine straw), it's still enough room for dogs to run and play. There's a little tunnel/obstacle, a few metal benches to sit on, and a really nice sun shade that will be perfect for summer or rain, and a drinking fountain. Now it's time to get more dogs there! The concession stand was also open today.
