Nothing wilted. Nothing gross. For 9.99 in 2026, this place should be more than just 5 stars. Now the vibe is very loud but it's literally the "where can we take our kids for cheap" place. I stopped by Cicis Pizza during their buffet discount special -- mostly because I happened to be next door at the UPS Store and was starving. From the moment I walked in, the smell was... unpleasant (like sewage), but with a 90 health score posted, I decided to give it a shot. It wasn't busy, but the buffet looked picked over and everything felt low-effort. The pizza pans were old and bent, and apparently no one had taught the staff how to properly cut a pizza -- slices were uneven and messy. Most of the pizzas were cold, likely because the heating lights weren't even on. On my second pass, I did manage to grab a couple of hot slices that were okay, but overall this place felt like it was just coasting. The buffet itself was tiny -- I remember Cicis being much more extensive back in the day. I literally stood at the end of it wondering, where's the rest? This place is fine if you're a kid who just wants pizza and doesn't care -- but if you're not desperate or hungry enough to settle, I'd go elsewhere. read more

Came here to kill some time while waiting an hour for a haircut appointment. I have not been to a CiCi's in a very long time. My cons: The pasta and soup is extremely tasteless/bland. I thought their soup was chicken noodle, but no chicken and it's basically just water and noodles with a few slices of carrots. Pasta is the same as used in soup, with bland sauce. My positive was their salad bar is pretty good, quality seems good. Their Hawaiian pizza was my favorite. My concerns? As someone who worked in public health, I must say while eating here I found it very alarming that I saw one employee behind the salad bar making herself a plate of salad while eating a few pieces from behind the counter while wearing her gloves. Hopefully she didn't touch any food being served to customers without changing her gloves. I also noticed an older lady, possibly the manager, but wearing street clothes, who put her personal food through the pizza oven inside some circular aluminum foil pan. Great value pizza buffet! They offer 4-5 different kinds of pizza along with Salad, soup, desert pizza and cinnamon rolls for ~$10 plus $1 for soda. It is the regular pan pizza with bunch of toppings: spinach pizza, Mix Veg, Hawaiian, Peperoni, cheese, and macroni. The service is fast and the staff maintains a neat restaurant. It is a casual spot and good for groups and family. It is kid friendly. There is ample of parking spot in the plaza. The place was clean overall, could've been better but no real complaints on cleanliness. Customer service was lackluster. Maybe I'm "old school" , but the fact that they do not announce what pizza is up like they did in the past; (for example, "Taco PIZZAs UP!") was saddening. Also, the fact that they do NOT salute the guests when they leave saying, "CiCi ya later!!" was also heartbreaking. The quality of the pizza was great! Fresh, and the crust seemed to have gotten much better and more flavorful. The upkeep of the bussers cleaning tables needs to be more frequent. And the lack of control of the crowd/children is not attractive. (Maybe some signs encouraging guardians to watch over their children would be helpful.) Overall, good experience. They had a nice variety of pizza on the buffet. And hot, they were popping them out. The desserts were great as well. The salad bar had many items and was super fresh with 6 or 8 options on the dressing. A great place to bring the family. Still economical. Bet you spend less than most fast food places. The customer service is great at this location. I got Buffalo chicken pizza and bbq chicken pizza and cheese pizza and cheese bread for the buffet price to go. My coworker told me about taco pizza. She is the best, not only does she go out her way to help the customers be she always has a smile. Thank you and keep working hard. I like this CiCi's because they keep that pizza coming hot and fresh. Great job, keeping the buffet stocked with fresh pizza. You clear your own table now and they come clean them, which makes things easier for them. I think that helps free up staff to keep the pizzas coming. Even the salad bar was better fresher and cleaner. It gets busy at times, but they keep up and that is very much appreciated. The soup and salad looked and tasted the best. Here all you can eat unlimited and all you can drink beverages unlimited for one price. This place is maintained clean and fresh. The seating is huge with more than ten plus tables and chairs. To the wall side you have softs and table. Their prices went up just a little bit because of the pandemic, but I love their pizza, soup and the salad. They got a small game room in the back and about four T.V's to watch the game which is really cool. Today I was craving pizza and it's cold and rainy in atlanta . My family and I went around 5pm. It wasn't packed at all . $24 for 2 adults with a drink . So the inside was clean and someone was cleaning the tables and clearing the plates off. The pizza wasn't fresh and the salad bar looked terrible. The salad was wilted, the veggies was frozen and wet . Overall it wasn't the best experience but hey we are here . I had to ask the pizza ppl to make more pizza . After sitting and eating for about 15 mins , a large group of 25 people came in . When they saw the large group come in , they had no choice but to make tons of fresh pizza . We will visit again . I get it...capitalism, competition and most importantly consumerism. I haven't been to a Cici's in YEARS!!! And yesterday I remembered why. Don't get me wrong, it serves its purpose. Low price, never ending food, and made to order. But, what doesn't go unnoticed is the restroom, and odd smell by the beverage area. This location is in the publix shopping center off of Lawrenceville highway. Service basic. For example, I forgot to tell them I have the app (yes I'm thrifty, I want every deal coming my way). Such a miss on their part. We met up w a couple of families so the kids could hang, while the parents chatted their lives away. Parking is awesome. The traffic flow comes in waves. Most importantly the restroom floor is wet and dingy. In the eatery portion of the restaurant their are always caution cones. I get it, trust me I do, but their has to be a better way. On the plus side, they have made changes to the aesthetics of the restaurant. The main area is modern ( kinda looks like a Stevie J, yikes). Wish they would make some changes to the bathroom. Invest in some sanitary features (automatic air freshener) until it's cleaned each day. Heavens knows you need a proper restroom when folks are eating salt, sugar and dough non stop, just saying. Unfortunately, this review is more than the food. Because Cici's issue is outside of food. It's a buffet( so my personal expectation is cleanliness, if I can't trust the restroom I'm highly skeptical of the food), and I've yet to experience a buffet that is stellar. Horrible customer service and inept management. I understand business hours have changed during covid, but this place is being run like a Mickey mouse organization. I called ahead to ask what were their business hours and spoke to a "manager". He stated that they were open until 7:30. I arrived at 7pm and they have 7:30 clearly written in sharpie on their doors, but the doors were locked. There were people inside eating and an employee looked at me through the glass and shook his head no. If you're gonna lock your doors at 7 then change your hours to 7pm and don't have "managers" giving out false info. read more

We have always came to this place with no issues. Lady at the cash register, was very disrespectful and was targeting us . We came to celebrate my mom's birthday , sad to say it was ruined . There is an EXTREMELY strong chemical smell that smacks you in the face the moment you walk in. Even my 5 year old loudly detected it. I don't know what it is but this place definitely had this weird looming smell when I was here. It was weird and didn't exactly stink but wasn't appetizing in the least. The staff is generally nice. They didn't do anything outstanding but they are courteous and nice people for sure. The pizza is the only reason im giving this place 2 stars. The buffalo chicken is my top choice and it was great here. The young woman on the oven really knew what she was doing. This place is disgusting. Besides the fact they have an 86 score for their health inspection I was just shocked at the food quality. The deep dish pizza is a joke! Ci Ci's was well-staffed with Shabazz doing a great job in the dining room, and the restaurant manager (?) making delicious pizzas while monitoring the entire restaurant with a very keen eye. The young woman serving the buffet was friendly and attentive, and Shabazz kept the dining room and serving counter spotless. The cold salad bar was clean, and featured perfect produce. Pizzas and desserts were freshly made and delicious. My favorite pizzas were the spinach flatbread and the deep-dish pepperoni and sausage. Customers were greeted by the cashier immediately and there was no wait. Cashier, buffet server, dining room attendant, and store manager all worked happily, efficiently, and effortlessly together. The general manager here is super aggressive and rude! He yelled and caused a scene after we tried to speak to him about the pizza being cold, not being fresh and tasting awful and he got an attitude and rudely asked "are you serious" we told him we were leaving and just wanted a refund. The pizza was cold, hard and gross. He agreed that "some" of the pizza wasn't good, and offered half a refund and then became even more aggressive after my brother in law walked over after worrying about my sisters safety due to the managers aggressive behavior and yelling and my brother in law told him again the food was bad and we just wanted our refund so we could leave, he became so irate to the point that the situation escalated and my sister had to walk my brother in law out to help calm it down and I stayed with the two toddlers we had with us who were crying scared due to the General mangers aggressive behavior and yelling. It is the general managers job to ensure the restaurant is run smoothly and he admitted the pizza wasn't good and then yelled and became aggressive at the customers, he blamed it on him feeling "challenged" which is scary and insane! He needs to be fired for the safety of the customers who he thinks are "challenging" him. He terrified two babies and our family over an issue he admitted. Totally unacceptable. read more

I live right across the street and can walk over and get a pizza. But they're not "open" until 10 PM; they stop taking orders online BEFORE 8 PM. The website says to order, that they're open until 10, but if you try to place an order -- as I did tonight, at 7:45 -- it says this outlet cannot be reached and no order was accepted. So I tried to call them; no answer. Seriously? OK, I can understand a place in the 'burbs closing earlier -- that's fine -- but for goodness sake just let us know! My family used to go to this location once a month several years ago when we all had activities in the area. We decided to stop by today since we were intrigued by the new stuffed crust pizza they offered. The place was not very clean, and the food was flavorless and much worse than we remembered. My mother described it best: "I used to come here, eat a lot, and feel satisfied. Now, I ate a lot and don't feel satisfied at all." You can no longer order a pizza on the buffet for your table.
