Impressed is the word I'm using here. The owner, Ray was the to get things started and came back at the end to check on progress and help finish up that days work. The guys went above and beyond, they moved things to get to area needed and moved things back as well as cleaned up the garage when they were done. This made me feel valued as a customer. I have a 26 year old office chair, that has a great deal of sentimental value that was broken. I did not want to replace it, and was pleasantly surprised to find a local outfit who would attempt to repair it. Not only did they repair it, they refurbished it to some extent, also, and the price was GREAT! And here's the kicker -- it was ready in less than 24 hours!
