He worked with the Benton County inspector to come up with a plan and alternatives and executed the plan in one day. (Jason saved us over $3K compared to another bidder who would have had us out of our house for three days but in town so we could give him a check immediately upon completion). Tri-City Plumbing has replace our hot water tank, replaced a toilet, and supplied a new water conditioner at our house. Jason has always done outstanding work and has backed up his work when we needed help. I will continue to call on Jason for everything plumbing.

THEN I asked them about a bathroom sink drain - they picked out a little hair and charged me $175!! I told the man if it was just a little hair I could do it. I later called the company and complained about the high price and the ridiculous charge for a 5 minute hair removal. The manager promised to refund me the $175.00. I just got my card statement and there is NO REFUND. This company is TOOOO EXPENSIVE and does not have good ethics.

At each of the steps, I was told the next person would provide it. I was even specifically told I would know before anyone showed up. The last person said the tech was only 25 minute a away and he would provide the quote. Game over. After looking at my kitchen sink, he told me $530 to rooter a single line. I should have told him to leave but he was there and at that point I just wanted it done. Very shady operation.
