For that reason I put off getting my 329 card for years, but I did what I had to do on my own to relieve my chronic pain and insomnia. Certain strains are better for different purposes but you don't know what you are getting when you buy from friends. Fast forward to present time and now my pain is quite acute and unbearable. Unfortunately, I can't take prescription or over the counter pain relievers because of another medical condition I have. Cannabis -- especially high CBD strains -- does the trick, so I knew it was time to apply for a card. Look, we've all dealt with the State of Hawaii for things, so I had to psych myself up for the red tape I was about to claw through, but I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. I looked into it and filled out the application online on Friday, made a telemedicine appointment with Abi at Pakaloha Care for Saturday. I'm not thinking too clearly due to the pain and she explained the entire process step-by-step, and helped me gather all of the needed documentation and fix some errors. The completed application was submitted to the State on Monday. Today is Tuesday and I was able to download an electronic version of my card. All I can say to that is Sweet Relief! I can't recommend Abi at Pakaloha Care enough, for walking me through all of the steps with kindness and compassion. She also leaves the door wide open for follow-up questions and adjustments to dosing. If you fear applying for a 329 card will be complicated, I assure you she will ease your mind. I've been leaving mostly negative reviews lately because customer service has deteriorated everywhere, and it is my pleasure to spread the Aloha that Abi extended to me. This is not a dispensary, this is where you go to get qualified and registered for your medical card in order to legally purchase cannabis for your medical needs. During Covid they started doing telemedicine appointments and have continued to do them. Great service, very compassionate and professional. I'll continue using their service to annually renew my medical card as long as I have the need.

When we stepped in, we saw a ton of trading cards. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. A medical card is needed in order to make purchases. They have a lot to offer and once you're registered you can make your purchases online and pick up here showing your current medical card and photo ID. Your medical card has to be renewed once a year and is verified each time you're in. I like this facility because it's closer to my home, parking is fronting the store and free.
