Both of my children were seen by Dr. Glass, and both were given very individualized treatment plans. No cookie-cutter "everyone gets braces" here. Morgan and Gail are terrific, and clearly, both have a heart for their customers. You feel like you are seeing friends when you walk into the office. And, can I just go on? His teeth are still turned sideways , and it is obvious they can't be bothered to find a solution. I would have been happy to extend treatment or try to figure out why they keep breaking , but none of that was offered. The solution was to take them all off and send us out the door , and keep my $4000 When I asked if wee could speak to Dr Ashby , she refused . They offered me $200 credit if we DONT take the retainer , obviously I declined the retainer and the insulting refund . We will be filing a small claims case in the morning . We have an appointment with another local orthodontist tomorrow afternoon, hopefully we can get to the bottom of what they were doing wrong . Not a lot of flashy stuff, just solid wood, and comfort. Cleanliness, and great manners. My kind of place and the price was budget friendly too! I decided to go with Invisalign's and I was very happy I did! I'm only into my ninth week and I'm already seeing some improvement in my bite, and in my smile!!! I can remove them to eat, and brush my teeth. They are not painful to wear, but if there is any discomfort an Advil does the trick. I highly recommend Goeckner & Gibbons Orthodontics, for these reasons. The staff is so professional, kind and helpful, and the doctors, dental technicians and nurses are first class all the way.
