I was extremely impressed with Dr Miller III's professionalism, knowledge, and experience with the newest innovations of treatment for those who are in need of some sort of cosmetic treatment (mine being a bit of crowding that needs some outside assistance). From his beautiful office to his friendly staff, I have never experienced such wonderful treatment from an orthodontic team, nor have I seen such high tech equipment that makes the process so streamlined and less time intensive for their patients. I will be highly recommending Dr Miller's Practice to all my friends and family, and feel he has set the standard and leads the way for what a really great ortho group should look like!

Our initial experience wasn't great, getting the first visit scheduled took forever. That should have been my clue. Every appointment since has been very difficult to schedule. When my child is due to be seen, they have one appointment to offer. If that doesn't work, they will suggest something two weeks later. Well that adds two weeks to the treatment time - nobody wants that! Their appointments are only available between 8:20 and 3:20 (and I don't believe they are open on Fridays), so your child will always miss school for this (and you will miss work). Maybe this is a small sacrifice to make, but I wish I had known before we started here or I would likely have gone elsewhere.

We were thinking we'd have impressions made and expecting to pay $145 for the replacement retainer. However Dr. Wilson said no replacement retainer was necessary as my son is ready for Phase II braces and at the next scheduled appointment in few months we could discuss new braces. I really appreciate Dr. Wilson's honesty when he could have said a new retainer was a must even for just three months, we would have followed his instructions, and he could have had the $145. My son is happy to have a break from his retainer and he is looking forward to continuing his braces treatment with Dr. Wilson!
