The dr's technician was thorough and kind and when Dr. Buckton arrived he took the time to explain her possible condition and answered our questions about cost of a conservative treatment or aggressive treatment. We chose the conservative antibiotic treatment and by the end of the next day the blood in urine had cleared completely.
