First off the communication with Jordan was "A-1". Customer service is definitely his forte! Preston was our tech who arrived as scheduled. Very professional, thorough and ethical. He couldn't identify the cause for our breaker burning out from our washing machine. Even though he spent some time looking for a cause he said, "no charge, seems wrong to charge for something when I wasn't able to find the reason for the original issue". Amazing in this day and age! We won't hesitate to contact Dodge Electric again in the future. Great company! This was the third time I've used Dodge. They were on time and after I explained all I thought I wanted, they asked me questions and clarified things I had not even thought of. They immediately started work. The two ceiling fans were quickly installed and they even suggested I have a fan and light control for the one in the living room since I said I would be using both options quite a bit. Wednesday: walk into the kitchen and flip on the lights... and nothing. I check a few things, flip the breakers, even pulled off the plates on the switch and a dead outlet to check for lose wires, no such luck. I called Dodge Electric on Friday afternoon and scheduled an appointment for 9 AM Monday morning. 9:01 AM Monday morning I meet the electrician and describe the problem to him and he gets to work. 9:40 AM, he finds a loose neutral wire in a smoke detector on a wall that's in no apparent way connected to the room without power. 9:41 AM I have lights in my kitchen and a slightly dumbfounded look my face. Wonderful experience from start to finish! I wish I would have called these guys years ago for recessed lighting. Our house was never well-lit, but we bought a few lamps and lived with it. I love this company!! We were installing a ceiling fan in our new home and discovered some strange wiring and were worried we might cause a fire. We called Dodge on a Saturday at noon and the owner of the company came all the way out to Surprise (1 hour drive!!) to check it out for us. I spoke to Mike about my bedroom's outlets and light switches all went out last night and your typical resetting the breakers didn't work. After talking to him he had try few things that no one would ever think of. He was patient enough to walk me through some steps before determining he really needed to come out. He helped me figure out what was and now the power is back on!. Most other electricians would come out, fix the issue and send you an invoice, but not these guys. They are really helpful and honest.
