    Menu and Drink Menu

First let me say, the food here was excellent! We started with the beets appetizer, which was super light, bright, and refreshing. Loved the brightness of the oranges with the earthy beetroot. Our entrees were equally as good - the stroganoff is made with short rib, so it was very tender and flavorful. The sauce wasn't overly heavy like some stroganoff's can be - it was just right. The variety of mushrooms in the dish was also nice. My partner had the chicken, he said it was quite good but could have used a touch more salt/spices. The capers and olives added some life to the dish, but some more greenery/vegetables could have rounded it out a bit. Our drinks were tart and tangy from the hibiscus, but paired with the coconut cold foam it was just right - if you like cranberry or tart cherry, I think you would like this for sure! The servers were also very kind and the dinner service was quick. I did take a star off for a couple key things. To start with, they don't have a very good waiting area. You enter and have to stand directly in front of the doorway, so other folks coming in or going out get crowded. Second, they have no noise cancelling foam boards on the walls, and it's an open concept spot so it is very, very loud. My voice is a little hoarse after conversing and having to speak at a loud volume. Third, and related to the noise, the tables are super close together. I could hear all the details of both tables on either side of us. You almost touched elbows with them, barely had space for even a coat between you. And I'm a petite gal, so that's saying something! I know it's a small spot and they're trying to max their tables, but it was a bit claustrophobic. Lastly, they do not allow for any substitutions on the menu. In today's day and age where so many folks have special dietary needs or lifestyles, it's an odd choice to disallow substitutions. Their prices seemed fair for the quality of what they served - it's not the cheapest spot, but it's definitely more upscale food than some American New places I've been to in the area.

2nd visit a few weeks ago and was BLOWN AWAY! Everything was fresh, packed with flavor and seasoned perfectly. Not to mention the creative and beautiful presentation. High end food with a cool hang vibe. Keep up the great work!

Just had the most lovely dinner at Dodo's. The vibes, service, and food were all on point! Such a great addition to this area. Cannot recommend enough!!!! The stroganoff, scallops, and caesar with salmon were all amazing.

Food was excellent. We had the Lumpia and Rigatoni. Both were excellent. I had a Whoa Nelly Cocktail and it was excellent. Staff was excellent. Our waiter was excellent. Noise level was terrible terrible. Music was so loud that you could not talk. Prices are very expensive. No Happy Hour. Homemade pasta wad excellent but no bread with pasta. Missed that and said so.

Overall vibe.. salty. We gave a big portion a try as first timers. Desperately hoping this was our new local fave. Sadly nothing mind blowing. The wings "looked" amazing but inedible, the fish sauce made these a 1/10.. however the LUMPIA 10/10 was the best thing we had today! Truffle fries and Caesar on point. Bread eh. Scallops eh. If you are waiting in line to get in I'd say cut your loss and keep driving .

Amazing Barada!!!! it's like we're in the kitchen, experiencing the food before arrived at the table..

We celebrated our 32nd anniversary at DODOS, and I can say without hesitation: this place is a revelation. From the moment we sat at the bar, we were swept into a choreographed culinary experience led by owner and head chef Joe, whose presence and precision felt more like a Michelin-level performance than a dinner service. The Food: Bold, Refined, Unforgettable Beet Appetizer: Earthy, vibrant, and plated with finesse -- the perfect opening note. My wife's dish was out of this world. The Thai red curry was bold yet balanced, the Japanese sweet potato added a silky sweetness, and the peanut crunch gave it texture that danced on the palate. It was a masterclass in flavor layering. I had the salmon, and the pairing of braised greens, ham hock, and chermoula was genius. The greens weren't just a side -- they were a soulful, savory counterpoint that elevated the entire plate. The touch of Greek yogurt added brightness and depth. The atmosphere was electric -- packed with diners, yet somehow intimate. The bar seating gave us front-row access to the artistry, and the service was unlike anything Spokane Valley has seen. Attentive without being intrusive, warm without being rehearsed -- it felt like we were being hosted in someone's dream kitchen. DODOS is not just a restaurant -- it's a destination. If you think you need to fly to San Francisco for a high-end, soul-stirring culinary experience, think again. Spokane Valley has its own gem now, and it's called DODOS. Line up early. Book ahead. Bring someone you love. This is the kind of place that turns a meal into a memory.

We enjoyed our experience and will be back. We were slightly disappointed in the portions that we got, but we really enjoyed the food. The menu is unique and full of flavor. Staff was incredibly friendly.

New favorite date night spot! The vibe in there was really cool and the service was so great and accommodating- they were able to make a table for us with our baby and our waitress was so kind and personable. The food was incredible. We ordered the lumpia, the sweet potato, the dodobaba, and wings starters and had that for dinner and I have nothing bad to say about any of it. So delicious! We also got the matcha tiramisu for dessert which was unique and very tasty. Definitely some of the best food I've had in this area- we will be back!

An absolute MUST in the Spokane Valley! Just opened up- so have patience! Food was amazing and drinks were awesome!!!

We were seated very quickly and they let us know it was happy hour. So there were lots of awesome deals. I started with a few drinks, only $8 on happy hour menu, and comes with two whole shots each. They were very strong, but delicious. The inside was very nice and had nice lighting and booths. I got a few appetizers to try a variety of the happy hour deals. I got calamari which came with jalapeños and it was amazing and the sauce was delicious. And the sliders were amazing and the sauce paired perfectly. For the main dishes we had fish and chips, which were very crispy which I love. They also gave a ton of sauce which is great because I love tartar sauce. The fries were a little too salty but still good, and the slaw was perfect and had an Asian style to it. I also got a French onion soup which was savory, cheesy, and perfectly salty! I thought it was delicious. The mussels were my favorite dish. The sauce was outstanding and paired very well, and the baguette was toasted to perfection. I would return to get it again. Our server was also amazing! He was so attentive and funny and super helpful. I'm definitely returning in the future, epically with the amazing deals!
