He also kept calling me up telling me he didn't know how he was going to fix my car. He had to figure it out because Ford doesn't make the parts anymore so he had me all upset too ! Not to mention when I picked up my vehicle I had a headlight out and they refused to fix it saying it was not out when I left the body shop. I noticed it was out the moment I got home and they were in complete denial unfortunately it was a very expensive HID light and it cost me $250 to replace it ! A word to the wise!! In some cases with fiduciary responsibility he does advises me to NOT spend that much money on fixing an old car. In some cases, they are a little bit expensive but that matters less. They saved me so much. I drive 20+ miles to his shop and take Uber back.If he looks at your car periodically he advises you on the driving method, and what expenses to look for. Considering I didn't really understand the difference between my front bumper & what was actually a front spoiler, I was definitely out of my comfort zone. Two shops I spoke with on the phone were impatient and short with me when I explained I wasn't sure whether it was the bumper or spoiler. I was more than capable of sending a pic of the damage, but they pretty much hung up on me before I could say that. When I got a hold of Revive, they were patient and understanding & open to reviewing a picture I texted. They explained the process in detail so I could feel more knowledgeable and comfortable with the repair, and showed me the paint swatch that would be matched up on the new spoiler. It has been a few months since the repair, and it's still going strong. I returned about a month afterwards & had a previously poorly done driver side mirror repair by a different body shop, corrected by Revive. The previous repair from the other shop left the mirror off-kilter with a space the size of your finger that could fit through to the interior, the window's rubber track askew, and the paint chipping from a lack of primer. That job was $250 to get that crappy nonsense of a repair. Revive corrected the other shop's many shortcomings, and left the mirror looking as close to new as possible. Revive reps are very customer service oriented, knowledgeable, and competitively priced. I am confident in their quality, comfortable to trust them, and happy to have found them.

Despite an estimate ($1400) that was $300+ less than 4 other places, the results look very good... you cant see where the dent was in the door and over the rear wheel well. I was concerned with a repair vs. replacement of the door... in regards to structural integrity... but it seems to be uncompromised. And it was completed in 4 days. "Kang"(?) Also threw in some complimentary scratch removal from the front bumper. Highly recommended!!!

It took them 11 days to paint the scratch near the edge with what looks like nail polish that a 10 year old did and they didn't even touch my door. You heard right, THEY DIDNT EVEN TOUCH THE DOOR DENT!!! Since it took 11 days, they offered to paint my lining around my windows matte black because I wasn't fond of the silver and they got spray all over my windows, my car doors and the lines are uneven. I asked for my money back and was told yes yes yes, but I could never get ahold of them after that. I will never take my car here and I will personally give you my phone number to come and see my car. It looks awful and I still have 3-4 years with this car! So upset with this business.
